Huun, I don't know, but I would love it. He has this profile and is always a character who suffers, who is serious, with a dubious ending, like in The Double. I think the happiest and most romantic one he's done was Perfect Match, Scent of Time. Even the next ones that are coming out, like Calming Waves and Tang Palace, have an air of mystery. He hasn't done any fantasy drama yet right?
I read the end of the novel and it was a bit confusing, but it suggests that the three survived, but ML fakes a death and thus appears to FL at the end. One of FL's souls dies.. Stardust is reading the novel
