I love cheese, any kind of cheese, except goat or sheep cheese, which I find strong. To make our traditional cheese bread we use a national cheese, it is harder and saltier, it is perfect for making.

I don't usually eat much in my breakfast, so it was just a good light roast coffee, scrambled eggs, and the classic cheese bread, which is a bread made with tapioca/cassava flour and lots lots of cheese, we introduced it to all the foreigners. This is a very big country, each region will have something different, but cheese bread is a national passion.
