I'm not going to lie, I was baffled at the beauty of both our main actors.. I've never seen them before. I would…
Sorry for the very late response, and thank you very much! That’s exactly what I wanted to say. If a person rates a series they have no intention of watching low, I don’t think that makes sense. If it’s not something you’re personally interested in, that’s okay, but just because it’s not a genre you enjoy doesn’t mean you should rate it low. There are certain series I know I’d never watch, and I would never go to the profile of that series to rate it based on my personal preference. Why go through the torture of watching something you already know you won’t like, then act shocked when you don’t like it, and proceed to give it a low rating? I honestly don’t get it

Why have you said that you’ve watched all 12 episodes in the ‘how many have you watched’? It’s only had…
Just checked—it’s definitely the system. I clicked “I haven’t finished”/“I haven’t completed the series,” and I didn’t even put how many episodes I’ve watched. Didn’t type anything. So yeah, it’s definitely the app 🙂‍↕️

Oh, sorry about that—that’s probably a mistake from the system. I’ve clearly only seen the first episode, and you even noted that I stated so in my review. Why would I intentionally claim I’ve seen all twelve? It’s most likely just an error. I’ll try correcting it.

In my opinion, this series brilliantly combines suspenseful storytelling with emotional depth. At first glance, the pacing may seem slow—very slow, in fact—but it’s deliberately crafted to build anticipation. Some scenes may initially leave you wondering how you got there, but later ones seamlessly piece everything together. The story gradually unfolds its layers, making you think you’ve figured things out, only to surprise you with even more when everything finally falls into place.

The directing also plays a key role, keeping viewers engaged without revealing too much too soon. You may initially suspect certain plot points, but the series masterfully withholds just enough information to keep you guessing. By the time everything unravels, you’re left with a sense of clarity and awe, as the twists and turns provide a truly satisfying conclusion.

This isn’t a show that relies on mind-blowing moments or constant action. Instead, it rewards patience, making the emotional and narrative payoff even more impactful. If you're a fan of slow-burn stories that build to something meaningful, Something in My Room is definitely worth the watch.

How are Fujisawa and Kaori considered "victim"s in this whole fiasco in any way? They literally brought it upon…
Thank you!
I’m genuinely surprised that there are people sympathizing with them, and not just that, but somehow making Sei and Kazuaki out to be the bad ones. Let’s be serious—no one, and I mean no one, would want to be treated the way they’ve been treated. I despise cheating more than the next person, but at this point, can we even call it that? I personally don’t view their respective situations as relationships anymore. They’re just holding onto something that’s long been lost while abusing themselves mentally in the process.

If you look at what they’re going through and know for a fact that you also wouldn’t be able to endure that, then you have your answer. Instead of judging them, try sympathizing with them.

Pause, play, pause, play—I can’t be the only one😭.

I love everything about this—cinematography, editing, visuals, vibes, and, of course, the acting. There’s a reason I kept pausing and playing…the acting feels real or raw, I’m drowning in secondhand embarrassment for Four4Mod 😭. He reminds me of Teh—painfully awkward. Every moment with him feels a bit too real. Self-respect, Four4Mod, self-respect!😹

If you don’t mind me explaining 🙏🏼…Actually, Haguwara Kazuaki was supposed to send the email to himself,…
Aaah…I see where you’re coming from, but the whole thing with the similar emails or him using Kazuaki’s name in his email isn’t that serious actually…I’d say it plays a more subtle but significant role, because we saw that Sei actually told him about the email he received. When they kept talking, Fujisawa was already aware of it. Remember, he even told Sei not to meet or see the sender of the email, even though they had already unknowingly met. So, in the end, it’s all just a huge coincidence.

Yhhh…I know it sounds a bit odd 😹😹😹, but when people have feelings for someone, they often incorporate details of that person into personal things, like a password—or in this case, an email address. Sei's email is '[email protected],' while Hagiwara Kazuaki's is '[email protected],' which led to the mix-up.

I'm wondering about the e-mail mishap in the beginning and the significance of Sei's two love interests sharing…
If you don’t mind me explaining 🙏🏼…Actually, Haguwara Kazuaki was supposed to send the email to himself, but he accidentally wrote or clicked the wrong email address and ended up sending it to Nakarai Sei instead. Sei like a cute kid is using his crush’s name for his email address…which is Fujisawa “Kazuaki”, and that’s what led to the mix-up—they just happen to share the same name.
