wats really going on with this drama is that team that was supposed to promote this drama went bankrupt and it was supposed to be youku to promote it from then but they dont want to do anything they just aired this drama with zero promotions as of now it's not even being promoted in China even douyin did not pick this drama up and there are no adverts being shown on big screens or short videos from the leads to create a buzz. most people in China were not even aware that it has aired and fans from both the leads wanted to promote it but it wld cost alot since they are also saving money for promoting their upcoming highly anticipated dramas. Right now they are just watching so as it cld at least break the heat index preventing it to become a flop, they are also inviting others to come watch the show to increase viewers
