If you pay attention to episode 8, there’s a scene with the mother at the hospital when they transplanted a heart into Gang Uk..that’s how I understood it. And in the same scene, JH appeared, or at least I think it was him, and it wasn’t clear whether he was the person they took the heart from. That’s what I didn’t understand.
