The power of chinese Bl *cough* selling as bromance is in the eyes, voice. I don't think linghe will make it straight.. i think he will be able to act well.. tho i must say censorship might make them edit and cut scenes making it a bit straight..

This will be bromance.. but that too with censorship if it somehow aired.. drama as far as i think won't cover a long probably till the anime given its 60eps.. but somehow i think only book 1 will be covered

No dear it's not a double standard.. there in semantic error it was pretty much known that Jaeyoung likes sangwoo.. however, sangwoo always held himself back from displaying affection to Jaeyoung.. when he kissed him it was the moment he pushed his walls which he had built and as he was sleeping it was a bit comfortable to show the affection he craved for a long time.. Here tho hayakawa was rejected.. there was no consent as well as no feelings from the other person, so to many its not right. It's your opinion if you were okay with it. Also it's not a double standard if something like this had happened in semantic error many would have felt it the same way they felt about it. I am not trying to pull this series down or anything. I am watching it myself why would i, but as a viewer i can point out if i felt something unsettling. Obviously not taking stand of those who are trying to pull the series down cause of it. But yet again its a viewers opinion if they don't like it they can mention it.

thanks for writing this detailed post.. some people really fail to see things from his point of view.. I very much empathize with armin.. I felt bad when he snapped at tada but from his point of view it's understandable why he did so.. imagine taking revenge on someone (because of whom you were shattered emotionally and physically and then left to die) and someone barges down and spoils it.. not saying tada was being insensitive he was being protective and possessive.. but yeah.. even while armin was speaking to tada he was more like you won't understand what I went through, how I was finally going to face it, how I chose myself to change my fate.. tho he ended up saying I don't need you in the heat of the moment.. but it still made a lot of sense.. he was just choosing himself.. it was his survival and actual reset.

for now in the series it looks toxic.. but I would really love if the storyline from novel is followed..
