don’t love that sh n yc got no consequences really beyond being without a business now which I guess is something. sh never really got closure for his mom. It’s like he just stopped caring. ultimately I’ve just been wanting to see how this all ends for a while now.. it’s fine but good riddance. dunno if I’ll watch Pearl in red since I’m kinda good on vengeance stories at the moment but we’ll see
I’d prefer coma as much as it’d irk me. killing sr off would be such a disappointment. It’s already upsetting we’re having jm get the revenge. I think many would get off this train if only jm remains
either while it’s airing at some point or after the fact. Disney plus dramas are always a toss up between simulcast, slight delay, and full on after the fact.
so the episode with the trade forever ago when qian came in with his motorcycle was the end of the overarching plot?! was it ever really implied she was undercover too? I’ve seen shows where leads didn’t know it about each other but here it feels so odd. I thought eventually we’d circle back to the drug plot but guess we’re just on random crimes till the end. perhaps this show should’ve had a different overarching plot or been a case driven show. also we’re always told things rather than shown especially about characters
I don’t really love the back and forth of seo rin wanting to uncover everything but then not caring then back to caring. I also still wish she was the one out for revenge and who the story will show since jm hasn’t done anything or discovered anything and she tells everyone her life details so they can know her every move.
think it might be straight comedy and more focused on the mom living for herself than any drama the original had. they’ve already changed a few things in the setup
so with knowledge of the future wouldn’t it have been considered grooming had they gotten together? they might’ve gotten around the age gap with this reincarnation nonsense but if he’s essentially the one from the past and watched her grow I dunno
