The bulk of BL's production is still self-published Japanese manga. Came up with the idea themselves, drew it, printed ~100 copies and sold them to a circle of the same BL fans. And no one outside of that circle will ever read those things again. Even the groups that scan manga and post it online are scanning magazines, not self-published stuff, which is much more prevalent.

If gay or even straight male want to read women's literature, let him be. But it doestn't mean the autors will begin to pay attention to this small part of their audience.

Actually, yes. Everything drawn in manga of any genre has some meaning and follows its own rules. Even the "flowers" that fill the empty space in the background or the texture of the clothes have meaning and show, for example, that the character is currently happy. Or angry. Or whatever.

It's not. Especially, when we are talking about BL/YAOI.
The Japanese are very committed to their traditions. The YAOI genre itself appeared only so that it would be possible to write literature of a certain direction and at the same time observe all the traditions ! Therefore, it does not matter at all what we say - the genre will not change, ever ! Even in 1000 or 10,000 years, the authors will continue to follow the traditions laid down when the genre was created. They cannot help but follow the traditions - it is part of their culture.
So, either we accept the rules or we leave.

a) you do understand that the biggest part of all the BL production is manga, right ? These cliches exist so that authors know how to draw which character !
b) BL has nothing, NOTHING to do with reality, gay couples/stories or LGBTQ+ in general. It's the pure young inexperienced girls' fantasies about boys.
(And a lot of those girls don't actually like real gay couples up to completely homophobic extent ! But yes, they read/write BL, because "fantasy is fantasy" and "reality is reality".)
So, you either accept the rules and join the club or you'll end up wondering while all of the "BL writers and producers" don't listen to you. 😁

If you want "more diverse range of gay couples and stories" you should read/watch gay stories, not BL. 😎

Even without reading the novel, we've got enough material to know who is who.

Honestly, for all the time I was under impression Ohm is disgusted to kiss Mark and literally force himself to do it. 😓

Basically, one of the actors sits/lies on the table and the second one stands near.
But, since the actor sat a way to far from the edge of the table, it looked like his partner had sex with the table instead.

This is hot garbage.
EP 11 is just another slideshow of mini-sketches without any plot in between.
I think even the director understood that this series could not be saved, and simply edited together an episode of cuttings at random.
And Mark/Ohm still don't look together as a couple. 🙄

They have very obvious problems with distances and angles.
Although at this point it's still better than last season when Plai was jumping on the knees and P had sex with a table. And even if P has 20 inches one, he still couldn't put it in 'cos Pan was literally sitting on the table and everything were covered ! 🤣

Yeah, their NC scenes only cause laughter, which ruins the whole mood.
Of course, it's not porn, but that doesn't mean it has to be so unrealistic. (Well, if we can count porn as somehow "realistic", of course. 😁) It would have been better if they hadn't made these scenes so explicit than what they filmed.

OffGun is one of the worst GMM-TV's couple. 😒
And I personally can't stand Gun. Whatever he does, he always has the same dissatisfied expression on his face, as if he is the damn ruler of the universe, and he was invited to say 3 lines in a movie and advertise toothpaste. His Majesty is displeased !
Although, they also have KristSingto somewhere deep in the basement, which for some reason the necromancers from GMM-TV revived this year. 😣 Why do people love them ?

Nah. They must have planned it all out in advance and are just sticking to it. Even though the series didn't turn out well. They must be hoping for something/there's no backup plan.

It might seem that way to some, but many of us said it doesn't work right after EP 1.
The most upset would be GMMTV folks. Clearly, they were and still are thinking about Mark/Ohm as the long-term pair or they didn't release that "my ideal fan" mascot drawing video. Because they use these drawings to create merch. 😎 And if the pairing don't work, they won't get any profit.

I'm already ready to believe that the last episode will simply be a set of concept arts that they won't even show us, but will offer us to download ourselves as a Power Point presentation.

I kinda fond of "slice of life" type of stories so this series looks quite nice.
But, OMG, those NC scenes... Last season they had sex with the table. A year later, our hero developed some sadistic tendencies. He squeezes a groin so hard that the balls turn into mincemeat and all of Japan wakes up from the wildest screams of pain ! 🙄😂
Honestly, who staged these scenes ?! Does this person have even the slightest understanding of male anatomy ?
The actors themselves couldn't say how ridiculous it looked ? They are guys, after all ! 😅
