Saddest part for me was XJ begging the emperor to give HY a choice as he knows how important that is for her. Sadly i didnt feel much for YanHe maybe cause he wasnt really there from the start and there wasnt really enough build up to that scene. Overall a reallllly good drama i loooooove the romance.

Very worth watching! I finished it in 2-3 days haha but don’t think i can bring myself to rewatch . Too many heartbreaking scenes. I think i cried more than 4 times lol

I finally had the courage to watch this and i alrdy knew he was gonna die but i still cried so hard. 😭😭😭😭😭their last scene together where she asked him not to leave really broke me. Now i will rewatch Prisoner of Beauty to make myself feel better
