Since siheon now remembers both of them, it's possible that she's living well (with ingyu too possibly) but we aren't sure of that because they didn't show us anything about her after the change. I personally think that he liked her alot and so he confessed to killing her for her sake. Because she wanted people to desperately keep remembering her. Not just for a day or two (after suicide) but for as long as possible (which according to her can be possible if she gets murdered). But she couldn't take it and suicided herself. Then ingyu took the blame to make her last wish true
