I'm out. I just feel too bad for the women in the harem. It's only natural to feel threatened and jealous of someone your inpartial(equally cold to everyone) husband favors. She's clever, you are not. She's pretty, you are not. She's powerful, you are not. Does a common not so special women with human emotions not deserve some love/respect? I feel like the only way to justify a ml with harem is if he treats everyone equally, loves everyone equally, or doesn't love anyone at all. Imagine the main couple getting their happily ever after and the other wives ignored, sent away and loveless. I'm just too human for these stories. No matter how good the political part of the story is, I just can't find the strength in me to watch harems.
