well since producers see him in these kinds of roles, they mostly give him those kinds of roles he doesn't have much choice tho especially since he runs his own agency so he doesn't have the strong support of major entertainment agencies which can usually offer their actors a more diverse range of roles
you can check Wow the World (variety show) if you want to see a different side of him but be prepared - he's absolutely different there compared to his roles in dramas 🤭

i saw on weibo that the budget for this drama was even less than A, like A- because the show had a lot of problems like switching directors 4 times, not spending their budget on promotion, etc even the promotion team for the series tried to sabotage the FL like literally wtf
but it seems like the show is doing good, they secured the S level easily, the drama almost hit 25k heat index too
i believe the conflicts and uncertainties are spoiling the popularity of this drama, but anyone who decides to watch it will not be disappointed
