Snake fight scene was cgi/ai. They didn’t kill the live bird they just caught it and put it in the cage. For the live mice that’s for feeding it’s hard to say I’m not sure if it was already dead then they use film cuts to make it looks like they were feed alive but understanding if it’s hard to such scenes but I just tell myself it’s fake
