Can someone please explain to me, why Sant's mom left in first place? I didn't really get it.
And... by the way as aside comment... Mark was literally eating Ohm's mouth when they finally kissed. Much better kissing than some older Bl-pairings... Jus saying...
Really love the series. All of them were quite young here, nonetheless did a great job. To be honest I found their acting (from their side) and also the acting direction better as in other series. Pretty creative in numerous aspects, specially the comedic side and the treatment they gave to the topic of extremely low self-esteem. I can understand some of the negative comments, because no production is perfect, but it was very enjoyable.
I understand there's room for improvement, but to be honest I love this series. JaTae are working for the first time together after going through so much. No Bl-pairing nails it on the first attempt. Hopefully they get more work together to fine tune their acting as an acting couple. They have nice chemistry and this goes too to NikitaJaja and DomonAtom.
I'm watching it now, already in Ep. 13 and have to say, PondEarth have a nice chemistry. Sadly Pond doesn't do fix Bl-pairings. I always see him with someone different.
Only thing I don't like about JBL is the kissing. Only couple series have done decent kiss scenes. But the majority have those kisses where you can see there's no credibility and it makes sad, because that specifically can add a loooooot to the characters, plot, etc.
I really don't care if it's just like the manhwa or not. It was wonderful to watch the amazing chemistry between the actors a and their execution of their roles. I had always some prejudice against K-BL, but this gave everything. Simply amazing!
I honestly donāt understand why the show gets so much hate. Like every showāand I want to emphasize the word everyāit has flaws; however, I think there are also many good things. First, the chemistry between the main couples is very good. The character Phraphai, with his plot twist that brings unexpected psychological depth, is also well done. Additionally, the concept of the series is very original and moving, because it manages to evoke emotion in the audience through mythological characters and their relationships with another species.
As for the aspects I didnāt like, thereās the incomplete and rushed arc of the evolving relationship between Phana and Ping, as well as Pingās relationship with his mother.
To all this, I need to add something important: since every show is created by human beings with their own problems in many areas, all the filters through which we, as humans, see the world are reflected in every production. Thatās something we must understand in any series or movie, no matter what itās about. Thatās why I think we have to give importance to that aspect of artistic creation, so that we donāt impose our own limited ways of seeing thingsāsomething that, in turn, leads to shows with potential being bombarded by a wave of reactions that fail to consider that all characters are created based on the diversity of our human experiences.
