Please recommend me more jbls that are similar to School Trip, SLGS and Kimi to Naraš„¹ I like dramas with good acting, simple storyline and good cinematography. I donāt like overly dramatic acting and unnecessary misunderstandings, stupid storylines or badly written characters.

this was actually my first time watching a jbl. I started watching it with zero expectations, expecting just another high school love story. which it was. but they told a very simple story very beautifully, and I think thatās what makes this drama outstanding. the cinematography, loved the acting, and the musicš
love how they were solely focused on the main couple and didnāt bring up any unnecessary misunderstandings. the way they naturally fell in love with each other was beautiful. the confession scenes just melted my heartš„¹
as much as i love Wi Hajoon (heās one of the main reasons why I started watching this drama), his character so far has been very unlikeable and badly written š„² i really hope it gets better ep5 onwardsš
Kim Junghyunās acting is just š„š„ he doesnāt have much screentime so far. but every time heās on the screen, I feel the chills.

Thank you so much ! I found it! It was around 48:50 of ep2. It was shown so fast that I didnāt realize thatās who they were showing when I first watched the episode, despite knowing Donggyu, Arctic and Rensho pretty well.

Iāve seen is Michieda in the movie āEven If The Love Disappears From This World Tonightā before this, and I loved him there. Iām not a fan of the overly dramatic style of acting that he did in this drama, but I still liked him and would love to see more of his work^_^

Iām with you two! Iām watching this a whole 4years after these comments were written, so Iām not sure if you still remember what happened, but I totally agree with your opinion. Tbh it got monotonous for me even before the camping episode š„² and from then on it only kept getting worse.

Just finished binging the drama after also binging School Trip earlier today. Watching these two dramas with such stark contrast back to back kinda gave me whiplash š I mainly started watching it because I absolutely loved Fujimoto Sodai in School Trip and wanted to see more of his work. And Iām so glad that I did.
Futoshiās mother was such a breath of fresh air! Kirinoās motherā¦not so much š„²
I absolutely loved the friendship between Futoshi and Kirino. Towa, Shunta and Kodai all three actors were incredible in their roles! Seeing Sodai do a role almost completely opposite of his role in School Trip and pulling it off so well made me fall in love with him even moreš„¹ heās really talented! I hope we get to see him in more dramas soonš

this is pretty small and insignificant, but it kinda bugged me lol. I donāt understand why in the final episode they decided to include some street scenes with cars that didnāt really look like the 90s carsš¬ come to think of it, the teacherās car also didnāt look like itās from the 1990sš (but I donāt know much about cars from that era, so maybe Iām wrong)
