In the novel boss and ML have some chemistry...it wasn't clearly written from what I remember....boss also liked him but on his birthday he asked the boss to marry his sister....and because boss loved ML he treated his sister with respect but didn't loved her that's why she thought boss was cheating and also has depression she took medicines but it was changed by enemies ( i forgot many things but some things i still remember 😭....)
