I’m sorry but relationship without problems are just boring to me. A little tension misunderstandings or challenges are what make relationship interesting. This season feels like it’s missing all of that which is probably why I’ve been finding it so boring compared to the previous season
I’m not saying teenagers don’t deserve good shows, so stop arguing against a point I never made. 😭 I’m saying this specific concept looks childish, and casting older, established actors doesn’t magically make it sophisticated.
“Older actors can play immature characters” obviously. They’re actors. That’s literally their job. But being capable of portraying something doesn’t mean the role is automatically a good fit or that people aren’t allowed to question the casting. Your argument basically boils down to “they’re talented, therefore nobody can criticize the choice,” which makes zero sense.
And the “the show isn’t even out yet” argument is hilarious because you’re defending it before it’s out too. 😭 I’m judging what has been shown so far you’re assuming the final product will justify it. If the actual drama turns out better and the characters aren’t as immature great I’ll change my opinion. Until then I’m not going to pretend the concept suddenly becomes appealing just because someone says
I genuinely wonder how these grown adults agreed to act in such a childish manhwa remake. The whole thing feels like a drama written for teenagers, not something I’d expect established actors to take seriously
