This was a great drama. The forbidden romance truly was something else. 😳I find it ironic he was mad at her for scheming against him for revenge when he started this forbidden venture by pretending to be her husband with the candles blown out. And her husband wearing green the whole cdrama really is hilarious. 🤣 He even helped the emperor hide his affair with his wife from his consort. After the degree was read out loud he could only thank the emperor for taking his woman. LMFAOOO.

That ending was too abrupt. After manipulating two men just for the love of the game she suddenly fell for one of them? She didn’t admit it at the end but still the implication is there.

I love this fml. She’s so gorgeous. She knows how to quietly scheme. Before everyone figures out what she did she’s already steps ahead and it’s too late. And the scenes between the emperor and her so steamy I was blushing. 😳I love the women costumes in this drama. This period Chinese costumes are my favorite especially showing the neck line. So elegant. The hairstyle is really beautiful. I love how tender the ml treats her. Always giving her a hand when she rises after kneeling. He’s so handsome. It’s little things like this that I love.

I loved this fl she really is amazing weaponizing her tears. Just like the title states. Really brilliantly executed. She took her fate into her own hands. Had three men pining after her and chose the most handsome one. 😫She’s his little liar. She’s so gorgeous too.

The cinematography of this drama is amazing. The music is perfect too. The ending is bittersweet. She’s truly ruthless. I’m happy for her choices.

Everyone hating the family in the heirs never watched Nothing Gold Can Stay. Think of the worst thing a family could ever do to you and you forgave them. And the rating for that drama is 8.0-8.1.

I don’t understand. Why is a crown prince that has no other legitimate male relatives constantly fighting for his title as a crown prince. NO ONE IS A THREAT FOR HIM. But everyone is on his back and refuses to let him gain the throne in peace. IF HE CAN’T BE ON THE THRONE WHO WILL. The women who constantly fights him? These women are delusional. “We will create a new Royal Offspring”. HOW EXACTLY. BY THEMSELVES? This show pisses me off so much. Other shows about the royal family there is at least another male relative who thinks he’s the rightful heir to the throne. But this show, doesn’t even have any of that. Let’s be so realistic. What will genuinely happen if they succeed and axed the crown prince. While the current king is suffering from dementia and OLD AS SHIT. Who will be placed on the throne? Literally just a bunch of SELFISH GROWN women throwing a tantrum. 12 episodes of just plain awful schemes and 5 episodes of him chasing the female lead. (From what I read, currently on episode 11). What kind of show is that. Why is the rating so high.

What does black comedy means? Dark humor?

Why is the rating lowering each time I check the status.

I hope this show doesn’t have Yang Zi forgive people that doesn’t deserve forgiveness. *cough* Florished Peony *cough*. The Saint complex needs to go.

Oh that’s actually a genius move. I wondered why blossom got the pass. So her past life was a dream/book. These are the details I sometimes don’t pay attention to.

And why didn’t that police officer gain super powers he was in that gooey substance too.

You mean this unpublished concept, “In a world where superheroes and villains battle for public entertainment, an experiment gone wrong bestows four misfit kids with the world’s worst super powers, and they enter into a gladiatorial tournament to expose their evil creators.”



It may have been the idea for this show. But the timeline, children kidnapped and forced to foster superpowers, even the monsters. All of it screams inspired by stranger things. There’s nothing wrong with being inspired by stranger things. Just don’t deny how similar they are. Even the ost is similar.

Why didn’t they put inspired by stranger things at the end of the description.

I’m so confused. China has a ban on rebirth/travel to the past tropes right? Will this drama end with her realizing it was all a dream? Two of Zhou Ye dramas ended like that. So is the ban selective or something?
