Some people aren't used to simple introduction so they expect the drama to reveal his (MQY) identity in a grand dramatic ways... wuxia is like this it shouldn't have much slow motion in meeting slow motion with romantic music or long stare with music to make it dramatic lol. Many ppl r used to watching those kind of dramatic dramas in xianxia so some ppl think ml n fl doesn't have chemistry because of that. It doesn't have that heart fluttering song slo mo moment lol😆

Second time seeing fl with blade instead of sword hehe first time was zhoufei (legend of fei) starring zly and wyb which i love that drama as well ❤️ definitely a recommendation no third wheel from beginning to end also wuxia

Yea unfortunately i dont see much scenes of training either i just finished 6 episodes lol but its ok thats not the main focus of this drama so I didn't really care what i care is... the timeline seems to be a mess at the beginning not really smooth like the novel... hmmm whoever does the video editing definitely screw up the timeline quite a bit but i cant really say they screw up either cuz they did change quite a bit from novel thats why it looks choppy but its still enjoyable other then that... im still waiting for more episodes :)

This is wuxia so u will see sword fighting and not just a wave of the hand sending ppl flying lol its not xianxia so u can rest assure there will be no heavenly being

Martial arts, but for fl she isnt there to train they have a rule to send the daughters away when they become of age cuz of some curse... for her she doesnt like martial arts even argued whats the point of taking her there when she doesn't want to learn but her parents persist so that is why she went there only but she already told her parents she isnt learning lol according to the novel but she did learn martial arts from wan peng her aunt way earlier on so she isnt easily bullied

I feel like someone's trying to stop Yukee's career... smh have not seen her got any projects, dont tell me its tang yan company... tbh she played alot of roles being passed down to her from tang yan company and none of it is good script and I think she did make the right choice to leave tang yan company... hopefully she pick herself back up. (not directing to tang yan but it is her company)

I found her first before ZYR lol I first saw her in Condor Heroes as a newcomer didn't really know her then. ZYR? My first time seeing him is in the adaptation of Soul Land... I thought he did okay but because XZ version came out first, it confused people alot and I know XZ version didn't follow the donghua or anime version its like a whole new adaptation just similar but not the same, but then ZYR version follows the anime... but thats where it was confusing to most people whom watched his version after XZ's version. Overall I did enjoy his version more than XZ since it was similar to the anime.

But I just know BSE before ZYR and saw her improvement more vs ZYR, but definitely is looking forward to this drama as I have read the novel as well and hopefully it follow the novel closely ^^ in terms of acting I believe them both are rising stars it solely depend on their projects and hopefully this drama will help elevate their acting career cuz they both deserve it. I hope this drama is something new and bring something new to the audience. But it is based on heavy romance so... if you're into romance, this is it for you <3

I don't blame you even I didn't really like her style in Whispers of fate it doesn't suit her... tbh out of all the females, she got the ugliest style so... but regarding of Jelly's character? I didn't really like it. They made her story too plain compare to the novel. She really does not have a purpose in the drama vs the novel she has a whole purpose for being close to the ML

This is a big time romance drama so..... anyone who's itching for romance definitely need to watch this <3 It is called generation to generation for a reason :D so glad no special powers, no arm swinging and people dying lol

No, I think its Wuxia

I think she is great actually... Youthful Glory was good... and tbh she can act esp in Whispers of Fate just her character is poorly written but she definitely has the most dynamic acting range given so little screen time she has. I enjoyed her scenes a lot compare to the other girls. I first saw her in Condor Heroes adaptation I didn't know her then but got to know her more later her acting just gets better and better.
