In as much as I Love Jing boran,can we admit this character Luan Nian is actually toxic? I mean yeah that line "Have I ever hit you"? omg? that's really unheard of in Cdrama land cause that's the BARE MINIMUM,why dare to even think of it? plus the Actor himself said Luan Nian is the type of man every woman in real life should avoid but somehow he ended up growing alot of defenders?? that's weird. anyways I watch from both of their POVs cause I do love me a lil toxicity (from historical dramas) but it's not easy to handle in Modern dramas tbh maybe cause it reminds me of modern day men💔 but well JBR nailed his role.👏👏👏

Good actor but his acting getting compared to Traffic stars in their 20's,I'm not ok with that,He's 37,of course his acting is mature and with time,those young actors will stabilize. As a non-idol drama fan who knew him earlier before Early spring and also recently started giving idol dramas a chance,I'm a bit surprised at how young these other traffic actors are,they are so famous but 85% of them are below 30??? that's insane!! they are all so Lucky so I hope new C-fans don't go around criticizing Younger actors just cause they are not giving "Jing boran vibe" He's Literally 10-15 years older than most of them.

I give zero fucks about Korean costume dramas,I rarely watch them unless they interest me. my comparison is with Korean modern dramas VS Chinese modern dramas,K-modern dramas are PEAK regardless of what anyone say,there is a natural vibe to them and their acting is rarely forced,they just fit into characters and that's exactly how Love for you made me feel,Chinese historical dramas will always remain superior but however my Comparison wasn't based on the historical dramas,just modern ones cause I myself is a historical Cdrama fan.
