I don’t think he want her jealousy, it’s just his cunning way of making her deny it which would initially…
He really wants people to accept rashta as soon as possible . I already read the manhwa so I don’t hurt much but during the time I team the manhwa I cried so bad
The first ep is so interesting, they add the hunting scene with a beast creator to show this is a fantasy world and I would like to see more about this world and not just romance plot .
Never in my life did I think a webtoon I read would get such an accurate adaptation. When I first saw the news, I honestly thought they were going to set it in the Joseon era. 😭
I’m about to pick this drama back up because I already finished 19 ep . Spring of the Blade has a great start with a bit of mystery around FL’s scheme to get back into her family, but the ML always seems to know everything. Later, when the story reveals the reasons behind their revenge, I just don’t feel emotional enough about their past. I don’t think the director shows it well enough for the audience to really feel their pain. The ML’s revenge also feels so rushed, without enough emotional build-up to make us feel satisfied and cheer for his success. As for the FL, she starts off strong but later depends on the ML most of the time. This drama has so much potential. I really like the setting of both leads having their own revenge plans while depending on each other, but I just don’t feel like it’s well executed.
I’ve always preferred older C-dramas. They let me live alongside the characters, watching relationships develop naturally through daily interactions and small gestures. Nowadays, everything feels so rushed, with relationships driven by dramatic events rather than genuine, gradual development. No matter how beautiful the costumes and cinematography are, some dramas feel more like a cosplay showcase than a living, breathing story. I miss storytelling that makes me feel part of the characters’ world.
