Both the FL and ML are compatible, no problem whatsoever, the director got this right.I am enjoying the drama so far.No drama is perfect.

The female lead carries this drama with her charming smiles and acting maturedly, you can bearly notice their age different.She put in her best,making the drama watchable, and the charisma is there between them ,only that the storyline lack a stronger ML.Average good not too heavy.He should have protect the one he love,lack of communication too.Agreeing to marry other woman without teaching the emperor and the old emperess a good lesson should have been his goals.He let them decide for him which is sad.

There pairing that are bad,there are also pairing that are good. Some female lead is very distance when it comes to romantic time,they act as if the male lead is going to violate their privacy, but all standards if you are not comfortable with romance, pick roles that will not permit you to do that,such as second leads.Now,sometimes, the directors knows that the female lead is very uncomfortable with romantic scenes yet they still go out and make same error, or use a distraction such as someone suddenly popped up and open the door,or she such start giving unnecessary excuses to the ML and laughed it out that is it,the end of the story about a drama that supposedly to be stress free .Most directors get confused what to write next,they keep teasing the viewers with unnecessary break up and unnecessary deaths or injuries to remove the romantic scenes untill the end of the drama.You know, if you don't like something stay away or make other choice, don't inconvenient yourself by accepting a role that requires you to do something you don't like. This also goes to male leads that don't do romantic scene, why not do something else you are comfortable with?

The old man didn't, poison her, the obsessive new princess did after the prince told her ,he only have one wife, made her inner witch come out in the open. I agreed, the prince behave so cowardly to allow things get out of hand in his own household. He knows the emperess is after him and has spies all over his household, yet he did nothing to take control of things in his household.

Well,anyone who doesn't like this pairing,is in denial. The best pairing ever, not just the charisma, but the charming of the female lead, her matured way of her acting beat most of the so call female leads the chinese directors put on the screen in every chinese drama series. Age is just a number, what matters in life is happiness in any relationship one have.You know, all this obsessive fans,there are not there for storyline, they are there to see their baby face idols.

That is the errors most directors does in drama series, can you imagine claiming to be guilty that can sentence you to gruesome beating, and tell others you are saving the day for them.who is she really saving? if she is saving someone, does she need to died for it?she can easily explain what happened to her husband, keeping the truth away from him, you are making guilty when he is not, because she hid the truth away from him.A lost of this FL that act act like that ,sometime you get tired of their angelish way.

The greedy heartless new princess is at it again. Her confused mind has gotten her to kill the poor old man.Hope the female lead will be safe with her baby, because not only the psycho old queen she has to deal with,she also has this crazy psychic living with her.The ML lead is so wick as a prince himself, he has no backbone to challenge the king and crazy old empress.

Maybe,no baby face that can't act here. The baby face here prove to act more matured compared to the popularity of can't act.

Me too,I was expecting to see more only that this writer did not forget to trick me again.

Exactly, me too ,they left me with surprise. When did that happened?Maybe, they should make a flash back and show us when they made the baby,because I am not still convinced that she is really pregnant.

Poor thing, she is so scare of losing prince charming, only that the male lead did not explain things to her,keeping quiet make the misunderstanding harder for their relationship. The evil new wanner be wife is up to no good at all,she already searching for something she did not keep, what a loser.

They went back giving us only two episodes daily. Unexpectedly, this drama make my stress go away.

I just don't want to start with the actress who they pick as a female lead in Joy of Life.She is so stiff and distance from the ML she is always with.If not Joy of Life is a good master piece in writing, the FL could have tarnished the whole drama. I always skip her dramas altogether. She might be beautiful, but she lacks acting skills.

I haven't watched Blossom yet,all because I am too scare to watch actress who feels very uncomfortable in their romantic scenes. The directors always goes for popularity just because one of their drama went well on the global market. You get tired of them popping up in every drama series in chinese drama land.Thank goodness for a change, I like these two pairing and the actress makes it all worthy to watch.

Their pairing isn't bad at all, also it depends on the actress you are working with not making you feel too old for her.Both leads have charisma with each other, which is nice to see.

The release of this drama is very slow.

The good thing about this drama was that the writer made a change in some key points. One of them was not marking FL a superb doctor that can automatically solve the whole problems of the land, thanks goodness the writer forget that part.The second part the directors got it right was the flogging of the step mother, that was a very sweet part and talented writing piece,no too much Mr. Nice to forgive her when she was very comfortable ordering people to be killed for her greed.The FL is very comfortable in her acting as a wife to the ML.Unlike other actresses, they act very uncomfortable in their role as FL as if the ML could eat them up,yet the directors don't see those errors not to use those uncomfortable actresses who feel very uneasy in their role not to use them again as female leads.But,everyday they are on the screen while the good actresses are left behind.
