Yep in book 5 during the human array scene, He Xuan disguised himself as Hua Cheng since Hua Cheng was in heaven that time. He Xuan gave a temporarily repaired fan back to SQX for the battle. After that he disappeared. That's why for that part if you see, Hua Cheng was written under double quotes as 'Hua Cheng'.
