Meatbun focused on the fact that it was a descendant of god and demonic blood's union that caused his father to become ill. But Chu Wanning is not really a descendant of God right. I kinda forgot the details but was there any mention in the book as to why Chu Wanning had a weakened core. Your line of thought of Chu Wanning's poor constitution arising from his entwinement with Mo Ran needs a lot more evidence and indications in the book ig for it to be a leading reason.

Otherwise through out the entire story of 2ha, there werent really very obvious indications of Jiang Xi being a BBB though those characteristics you mentioned might seem like that. Ig meatbun prolly just wanted Jiang Xi to have that kinda image maybe? Plus when that gate was opened in the final chapters, didnt all the BBB feel some kinda power within them. Jiang Xi was also present there but there was never any mention of him feeling some kind of power though...
