this one had 20+ also. the story was not centered around it. made me happy queen died. she was a bitch. no king probably had less than 20 women. and top 3 were consorts and 1 queen. those are the ones that competed. mainly cause their sons could become emperor. children died off easily. between, sickness, and deliberate killings and war.

talking about her personality. also not sweet is the issue. humble is the issue. no princess can be or should be humble. does not fit profile the 1 and only princes of an entire country.

i dont think anyone would mess with minister's wife. even the king is scared of him. but wearing peasant clothes and doing peasant things. off bat does not make sense.

she is growing as a person. even touched the nanny in tender caring way which shocked the nanny. but its least likely someone at the peak of hierarchy to be this humble. by nature you are treated above 99.999% of people minus, king, queen, the consorts and crowned prince. but sure. lets go with this.

I agree. My argument is, she is way too humble to be a princess. There's a reason why people call a bratty spoiled girl a princess. And the huge hierarchal gap between their social status. Just doesn't seem accurate. Like those people that are left handed in Asian historical drama. Just doesn't make sense.

It was the nanny that was all hot and bothered. Princess was not shocked of it and was interesting cause she never seen it before.

you are a little off. the king wants to take out that entire family, as they are a thorn in his side and more powerful than him. a king is a king, not a father, not a brother, not an uncle, he is the king, country > 1 human. if you could kill 1 person to cure covid, and save millions of death, then maybe the most logical idea is to kill that one person?

so that said, he went there, because he already knew king knows his daughter is a live, so he took the token to save his father's ass from being beheaded. its not blindly he went there. king tried to trick him is a different story. he didn't know king set a trap.

also if you watched enough historical drama, you understand amount of power struggle in families, genius, handsome, smart, good hearted, loved princes' had to go defend a fief just so they dont compete with other princes that have stronger family backing and can become the next king, they would be dead otherwise. watch "court lady", it pretty accurate to what how most of it usually happened.

also second lead is in love with her for 10 years. they were suppose to be married, he will do anything for her. you really think he would piss off his father? even the king is scared of his father. so he could not say anything about her marrying his brother. i would not be shocked we find out he killed his own brother. i like him though. he is manly, strong, good at martial art, has sense of justice. i am actually sad he might become the bad guy, i was rooting for him to befriend the ML.

I really like this show. BUT, this princess is way too tame and humble. does not make any sense. I like the drama. but i just don't get the only daughter of the king. so pretty much super spoiled. regardless of she is favoured or not, becomes so humble and understanding even to love a "peasant". Back then, those guys were extremely prejudice against hierarchy of social classes.

so it very good so far, pace, action, acting, most the plot. BUT very inaccurate, time traveling would be more realistic than this imho.

but i am really interested in finding out how this ends. what is the whole point anyways. minus taking the left minister out. and maybe restoring his families honour. what is the master plan. i really dont think king can allow her to marry him. unless some how accept bossam, and that does not make sense. i dunno. i just like the chemistry. but tons of plot wholes in this. specially when they find things, or go from A to B and somehow its a prefect place without showing how it happened. like it has happened 5 times till episode 8.

just finished it. acting is superb, story is good. but a bit draggy. could have been done in 24 episodes and story would be good.

pretty draggy. would have been fine with 16 episodes. i guess happy ending in a way. but could have been so much better ending.

cars driving in the background at 18:30 of first episode were funny

acting is terrible. plot armour even more silly. watch it but it is 6 at best. dozen of better shows out there. also almost no real romance. watch if you are bored. but not really worth 16 episodes.
