I still don’t understand the cousin. He clearly seems to have some trick up his sleeve since he was pretending to be drunk and even paid the 2 women to keep silent after threatening them with a knife. But what was that look after he gave LJL the armor? The scholar isn’t the only to have some doubts, I sense something wrong here too. Is he simply jealous, or is he a genius evil mastermind in disguise? I’m also glad LJL has such a smart and faithful servant who find out such important info and then stayed loyal to him, allowing LJL to carry out his plan. And very smart, LJL. Kudos for his “4D chess” play. 👏
Modern dramas are definitely more predictable than these kinds of dramas. Come on, there are literally no limits…
Each genre has its own 'standard roles' for the ml and fl. So many actors find themselves repeatedly playing characters like the general, the martial artist, the wealthy boy, the naive yet hardworking girl, or the rebellious one. It's almost inevitable. In the end, the best choice is the quality of the role.
I tried watching the first episode and, surprisingly, i enjoyed it and wanted to continue. I’ve now watched…
Modern dramas are definitely more predictable than these kinds of dramas. Come on, there are literally no limits to what can happen here. But if you structure the story like that, then all dramas are the same: the ml and fl fall in love, go through ups and downs, and deepen their bond. Which drama am I talking about?
I love FOF, but if you say they’re similar just because both are demons, that’s a huge oversimplification. 😅 It’s a completely different story, different setting, different characters, and both with a unique development of the plot. In this case we also have the time travel aspect, that is something I’ve never seen in this kind of drama. Saying they’re the same just because they share the fantasy theme and demon element means to skips over 90% of it! 😅

And need some lesson in dealing with that superiority complex of yours.
Wishing Neo lots of success with both of his dramas!
