anyone knows whether subs on hdfree are ripped from viki? because it says it's 100%, but it's not true…
Viki has one core problem due to fansubbing in chinese dramas, even licensed ones are dropped suddenly and put on hold for months to years or may no longer be subbed if it is not popular enough
This ends up as a fight between viewers who are annoyed with subbers saying they paid for viki pass and subbers annoyed saying that they are not paid for this. While the back and forth arguments go on Viki does nothing and there are plenty of licensed Cdramas left rotting since a long time
This is why I prefer Cdramas to be taken by dramafever, they are on schedule and guaranteed to be completed regardless of the shows popularity later on

Also since Jdramas usually have less than 12 episodes converting subtitles takes only a few minutes
