If you're watching only for romance then might not be for you. Yang Mi and Bai Yu have strong chemistry but this is a medical drama and usually such cdramas have very slight romance.

Seriously the ex-girlfriend part was unnecessary. YH and his ex cooperated on making QS think Yao's child was his. How could any woman still have confidence to pursue him after that? Their plan could have backfired if QS decided YH was not worth frowning over anymore. At least QS cut things clear with her ex even after she was divorced did not go back to him.
I just wonder where did YH of first part of the show go?😕

I still haven't finished watching but Qin shi probably thinks Yang hua still loves his ex gf and he will leave with her to another country

It was surprisingly romantic. They were both shy behind the scenes, Yang Mi said they would have been less shy if it was a kissing scene instead of foot soaking one😂

The foot soaking scene was so sweet. I read somewhere that was the first scene Yang Mi and Xu Kai shoot together:)
