Fukuhara Kota is a university student who has unnaturally bad luck that plagues him everywhere he goes. Embarrassment at his continual comical misfortunes inhibits him from making friends. One day he is rescued from a near-accident by Shinomiya Naoya, a good-looking fellow student with the opposite problem – supernatural good luck that brings him many friends.
