I read other comments here, consort Yue is the love of his life. Empress family helped the emperor with financially during war time. Emperor married the empress for that reason. Thatās why concort Yue is happy with her position. She said she got what she wanted which is married to the love of her life. It makes sense:)

Completed watching it & this drama made me cry so many times. I didnāt like the emperor at first but as the story goes onā¦.he is an amazing character. It was sad to see him die so young. I know the story is about 3rd Princess. The drama is 8.5/10 for me. I love the storyline.
