Her character can be annoying sometimes. The writer wrote the script so as an actor, just follow it. I enjoyed the drama for the most part. Certain episodes can drive you crazy & that where people are complaining. If you like both leads, watch it. I like both of them & have seen their good drama so I don’t have anything to complain about the cast, just bad script.

Story isn’t the best, acting is what the script & director tell actors to do… Bai Lu & Dylan had good drama before this one. I enjoyed the last few episodes with weird sub but at least I understand most of it rather than nothing. Will rewatch better sub later. No wedding scene, probably special episode on IQIYI….will look for it later :)

I don't get why people have issues with age gap in romance. I think we all need to be open to the possibility…
The male lead is much older than she is….not everyone like that especially in a drama. I also think depending on each individual how they view age gap. I have a family member married to a 17 years age gap. They created a beautiful family. I don’t have issue. I prefer look younger & beautiful compared to male partner so this drama is ok lol I enjoyed it.

Oh! I didn’t even pay attention at his screen time. I watched 2-3 episodes I dropped it. I only like Ancient Love Poetry. The one he & Bai Lu was ok. Hopefully his agent pick him better story line with good female lead. Wonderland female lead is good.

What is KP? I watched a few Dylan drama, costumes. Don’t like any of his modem one….story isn’t my cup of tea & female lead wasn’t my favorite so make the story downhill lol

I dropped Xu Kai previous drama because the story wasn’t my cup of tea but I enjoy this one. This one isn’t slow burn like LLTG….story & romance moving along fast. Enjoy!
