I had to drop the show at episode 16, The flashbacks were killing me.
I was enjoying the story line with Bong Seok, Hee Soo and Kang Hoon but once the flashbacks came, It became so boring to me.
Mi Hyun and Doo Shik's flashback were the most boring, Both characters had no personality. We literally saw a montage of Mi Hyun walking past Doo Shik just so he could notice her. Episodes 8 and 9 were the hardest to get through, Some of the most boring episodes I've seen.
Joo Won's flashbacks were a little better with the fighting and his personality, But still a bit boring.
Gye Do and Jae Man's flashbacks were the best of the bunch though.
The worst part is it lasted from episode 8 to 14. We then finally get an episode back to the present and then episode 16 hit when we get a flashback for the teacher, By that point I had to drop it.
The soundtrack for this show was great, Best soundtrack I've heard for a drama. Whoever decided to choose most of the songs from the 60s by some legendary artists was amazing.
I liked the show but it was so incredibly jarring to watch.
Between Byung Tae being so weak and especially his relationship with Seon Hwa, That ruined the show for me a little bit, Anytime Seon Hwa was on screen from the moment she first appeared was just so jarring. The post credit scene was terrible as well, Absolutely no reason to add it in at all.
It's definitely one of the endings of the year, Who let the writers cook?
I was genuinely cracking up laughing when I was watching the shooting in the last episode, Seriously incredible. It was unintentionally so funny, I couldn't believe my eyes.
Fair play to the writers, They sure do have an imagination.
This is literally the only time I can say to someone not to watch it.
With other dramas, There are times when I've read about people saying don't bother watching the second season and my thoughts are it doesn't matter what anybody else thinks, Because I might like.

One of my favourite jdramas to come out these past few years.

It's funny because a lot of the other characters don't look like high schoolers and I noticed it but he never crossed my mind, He looks very young.
