Title Never Twice
It has some nonsensical parts but I still really enjoyed it, its very family friendly and entertaining. I have been so into family dramas lately. Watched this after watching My Father Is Strange, Once Again, and Go Ahead. Each have their own story but I like the warmth that connects family whether they're blood related or not, even tho people can't be this perfect in real life.

I really loved this drama, Binge-watched it in 24 hours. The acting of main leads was so good and touching. The melodrama is spot on and made me cry a lot. First time in so long I actually enjoyed watching the romance, it was so cute and fresh. I loved the ost. I didn't find it draggy at all, it all comes with teaching us different lessons and messages, loved all the quotes.

Also idk why others "hated" the scenes where she changes into another person but like.. isn't this the main point of this drama? Those scenes/parts of the drama were my favorite, I enjoyed seeing the interactions/stories in each body she switched to, and those weren't just fillers, each body she switched to had benefits where she does something good or makes someone happy. It's one of my favorites now.

Title Homemade Love Story Spoiler
The product placement in this drama is no joke, from how to order from a subway app to how to video call using…
I doubt it compare with the amount of product placements in Once Again

Title Mr. Queen Spoiler
She did told the king tho. In Eps 2 when she has to married and other eps when she told the king about trivial…
You don't get it, the vague homosexuality-the man living in the queen's body thing is just a clickbait. Fans have always ignored the existence of Bong Hwan as if he's a woman now. And always say "queen" without trying to separate the emotions/actions of the 2 people inside the body, as if its just the queen.

Yes Bong Hwan did try to say he's actually a man at the beginning and the king didn't believe him, but that isn't an excuse as to why the king can't find out later when he finally trusts and listens to the queen.

The king still has the right to know truth, that's like going through a whole sex reassignment surgery or a whole face change kinda plastic surgery, then marrying a person and not letting them know about it (I'm not transphobic or homophobic, I'm transgender myself, but hate how they use these elements as clickbait)

If you didn't notice, there are so many things that have been forgiven about this drama by giving them excuses as to why they're okay.

1. a very typical cis male who's 120% attracted to women starts having gay feelings and female submissiveness for the king 1 week after arrival
2. homosexuality used as a clickbait
3. playing around of sexuality and gender identity as if it can change easily (this is disrespectful to lgbt people especially to people who experience body dysphoria)
4. a drunken sex, according to title 9, this could get you in jail. Because sex with a drunk person is not valid even if they give their consent. No wonder so many women are being sexually harassed and raped in korea seeing as to how normalized alcohol drinking and drunken sex is accepted.
5. marrying a person without knowing their real identity
6. And obviously Bong Hwan can't end up with the king bc as I said in no.2 and no.3, homosexual and transgender clickbaits. Way to go korea

I'm glad I dropped this drama 10 episodes earlier, totally knew it was gonna end this way. What a waste of all the 16 episodes I watched.

Oh also take my advice and don't bother reasoning with anyone on this page, whatever you say, their argument is gonna always be one sided, and they'll always give excuses for everything. But just like TharnType, I can see that the rating is gonna drop in the next 6 months, most over hyped dramas are always overrated when they're airing by possessive fans, but that changes when other people watch it later

I just finished it, it was fun and made me laugh a lot.

I didn't really like the over-the-top number of product placements in every episode of this drama, they even started to straight up show discounts, coupons, and entire product package set up.

I still prefer My Father is Strange over this because all the stories in that drama were fully followed up and executed, but not really in the case of this drama. There's plenty of things I found that were inconsistent about this drama. And the speed of things they accomplish in a very short time span is very quick and unrealistic.

1: They were gonna make Na Hee pregnant at the end of episode 46, she showed many pregnancy symptoms and even fell and fainted in Gyu Jin's arms during the family dinner, even everyone was shocked and asking if she's okay. Then they changed the same scene in ep 47 where she doesn't faint and goes back to her seat.

2. Chi Soo used to really like Cho Yeon and kept trying to win her over like she's the only woman in the world, but gave up really quickly after just a few days and started to like Ok Ja instead just because she said she likes him. Like who does THAT??

3. The father was so desperate to find his sister and when he found the fake sister, he was spending so much on her, shopping for her, and doing all kinds of things for her. But when he found his real sister, its as if he forgot about her in like 2 days, and she just became any other side character, like he spent more time with her when she was the kimbap lady than when she's his sister.

4. Ga Hee searched hard for a job and finally got one that accepted her despite her being "old, divorced, and a single mom," after only a few days of working at the job, she gets an offer to be promoted as a manager, not only that but she rejects the offer and is suddenly inspired to quit her short-lived job to open up her own shopping mall. By only posting the products/photos on her online shop's website and not even try to promote it on social media, she starts getting plenty of orders and after a week or two, gets an offer from her ex-company for a collaboration.

5. Da Hee went back to college and that takes a minimum of 2 years for an associate degree. But she wanted to be a teacher for kids, that requires at least 4 years for a Bachelor's degree +an education prep school to get a certificate to be an educator, but after just 1 year of college, not only was she done but already has a career? ok..

6. At the end every single person had a partner, except for Ok Ja, she looked as lonely as ever in the last episode, and they just hinted that she still sees the director.

As an adult, a university student, and someone always desperate to at least be accepted to a part time job, this drama was inspiring at first but the unrealistic time frame for them to achieve anything only made me realize how harsh and crappy reality is.

Similarities this drama has with My Father Is Strange:
1. 3 daughters, 1 son
2. Big family and allow young strangers to live in the house
3. A scary mother-in-law that is hard to like the son's girlfriend or accept her
4. The mother-in-law gets in fights a lot with the girls' mother
5. The mother-in-law is a building owner and rents it to people
6. The mother-in-law runs a coffee shop
7. The family owns a small snack/fast food restaurant
8. Older daughter has the best career
9. Eldest child is the son
10. Despite there being an eldest, youngest child, they're all adults and only a few years apart

Differences are the overall family vibe, and how they handle situations or share family news. The parents in this drama were very childish and easily angered in comparison.

Chi soo is such a loser, he was acting head over heals for Cho Yeon but quickly gave up on her in just a few days just because of his low self esteem just because Ok Ja told him she finds him attractive, then he suddenly likes Ok ja and doesn't care for Cho Yeon.

Title My Father Is Strange Spoiler
Mi Young is getting on my nerves, she's so selfish and puts herself and her love before her family, especially how she reacted when she knew the truth about her dad. Both her and Joong Hee speak sweetly to each other and never care about how rude their words are to the parents and don't even try to understand them. The parents let them live at the house for free, do all the cleaning, cooking, etc for the children. I'm here scared the parents will get a heart attack from all the stress Mi Young and Joong Hee are causing, while Mi Young leaves a job she's been wanting for years, and starts looking for an apartment. At first I liked this couple but I hate seeing their scenes now. At end of episode 46, she watches her father being egged by people and she just stands there and screams "dad" instead of go shield him?? wow I bet that would be a whole different story if Joong Hee was the one getting egged.

Edit:
I finished watching it, and I really liked this drama. It helped me stay strong while grieving for mom's death. The characters and family setting makes me feel nostalgic.

But there are two things I didn't like:
I still don't like mi yoong and joong hee, I don't dislike them, just don't look forward to their scenes. I find them selfish because unlike the other children, they always put themselves first before their parents, and only think of their own benefits first, and don't consider how their words are hurting their parents.

Another thing I found off was how the girlfriends/boyfriends/husbands/wifes of the children are there for family meetings and dinners most of the time, while I felt like Ra Yeong's boyfriend was always excluded, even in the last episodes when all the men of the family were walking together, even joong hee who hasn't married yet. Also I found it weird that even though they always announce all happenings and decisions to the entire family, like how all the siblings let the family know about their marriage plans, but even tho Cheol Soo's father literally approved of their marriage in the future, they didn't tell the parents about it. But I'm glad they included him with Ra Yeong as one of the couples at the parents' wedding at the end.

I liked this drama from the beginning till the end, and didn't think I'll find faults in it, so I don't really mind the things I mentioned

Their past 100 episodes have been so boring especially since covid started, it got worse, I have no idea how others still find it so "fun." I can't relate. I literally was planking out through the last 2 episodes I watched and ended up just letting it play in the background. Still watching it not because I'm enjoying it but it became a habit to go through the episodes even if I don't really pay attention. But saying its as good a when it first started would be an exaggeration
