I personally didn't see him as unrealistic. He was a sociopathic, genius, criminal profiler. His behaviour is often common in people who are geniuses. He was selfish, and wouldn't let go of revenge until the end that I agree with. But the female lead helped ease his insanity.

I believe his room was pretty secluded. They never showed the outside if there were nurses nearby or not thus causing all that racket wouldn't have caused much of an effect. It made sense because he knew everything was going down and he wanted to get her to kill. Also, Eun Ho and the rest of the cops probably didnt immediately do anything due to the fact that his mother was being threatened. Therefore to me it makes sense.

I don't see the problem, it's okay to prefer the original members, but don't hate the new members simply because they aren't Japanese. These foreigners work hard to learn the Japanese customs, and languages to live in japan and be on this show. Also, this show can keep going because it will reach more countries as well, so more people will have a opportunity to join.

Lol, the age of consent in Japan is 13, and the consent is 16 in a lot of states in America so not really that far off. Regarding sympathetic I do not believe that was the case.
The only problem I have is the convenient arrival of all of the main characters when one was endangered, and the fact that they got stabbed in fatal places, poisoned, ect and somehow wasn't affected unless plot needed them to be. They really shouldn't have showed us the 12th episode at the beginning if they were going to have the MCs supposedly dying. The story dragged on forever, and the things that killed some of the randoms didn't kill the MCs.. sun ho friend was stabbed down the chest and got it multiple times, sun ho was stabbed through the abdomen which would've had intestines there proving fatal, fluffy hair guy was shot several times, and stabbed, it was just a lot.
