I wanted Hong Seong-bo to make it out of the elimination thing in paradise. I think it was a great idea that they did that, and I can see their intentions, but picking a real game changer is hard. Replicating what Dex did in season 2 still proves to be impossible till this day.
You know what's missing in this season? Someone that feels like the main character of the show.
People might say it's Lee Si An since there are a lot of guys who are interested in her, but I don't feel like what she's doing is enough to be called the "main character".
Season 1 had Song Ji-a (though I'll argue that personally, I think the "main character" and storyline that season 1 followed was Moon Se Hoon's)
Season 2 had Dex, the strongest, most interesting and captivating contestant ever.
Season 3 had Lee Gwan Hee, the most polarizing contestant. Love him or hate him, he brought entertainment to a season that would've been even more boring.
Out of all seasons, Jeong su is the worst contestant that had multiple girls interested. At least with Gwan Hee, he was openly toxic and he was entertaining while doing so.
3 mins in, and Dex really has become a monster in the entertainment industry. He's so good at whatever he does; he's just got the sense for entertainment.
So did they not made it an 8 ep show for us to have an open ending? They are probably is planning for another…
I would guess that it's a scheduling conflict thing. They probably had to kill her off early with barely any screentime since she had something else to do.
Its quite annoying how the cast didn't share the same chemistry like they did in season 1. I didn't see the need…

personally, I think the format they did for The Glory and DP is the best. Two well paced seasons totaling 12-16 episodes. At the end of the day, it's not about how many episodes there are, it's how they fill those episodes with meaningful content.
The storyline kinda sucks a bit in comparison to the first season. I know that they changed the format of the show and made it more comedic, but so far a few things felt a little too forced. This should feel like a reality simulation survival show thing, not a game show where someone has to be eliminated after every 1.5 episodes.
Most people didn't like Napoli Matfia winning. Cheering for a finale between Triple Star and Chef Edward Lee, since they made it the farthest in the hardest challenge, Tofu Hell.
