Time travel to a universe where you become the step mom
First of all i really like the actress. This is a mini drama with 24 episode that is around 10 mins each . Female lead is an actress and while she is reading her script in the bus she gets transported to another time because of a supermoon. She ends up being the step mom of the Li family. She has three step children, the oldest is a boy and two girls. She is the sole provider for the three kids and they learn to trust each other. The female lead is faced with annoying and scheming relatives trying to take advantage of the female lead and the three kids. The female lead is a bad ass because she was an martial artist actress. She stands up and defends her. and her children .No matter what the evil relatives do they dont prevail. I like that it brings comedy and humor.There isnt much romance so dont expect it, but that is not the focus of the drama.

Cliche story of a damsel in distress
Thank God these ep were like 3 mins long. The story wasnt too draggy and pretty fast pace. Loved the romance part but would skip the dog blood part. Your typical poor innocent female lead who finds out her fiance has cheated on her with her sister.The evil younger sister. The idiotic ex boyfriend, the possessive male lead, more annoying side characters.
The storyline was pretty predictable and i was surprised there was more than just one bad guy/obstacle in the lead's relationship. I liked the lead because even though she appeared weak / being bullied she stood up to her sister and was bracve about.
A little unnecessary that the male lead ex came back to find him, and on top of that , the male lead's sister trying to prevent the leads from being together. Not to mention that there was the third male lead who was in love with the male lead's ex. So basically sabotage, and seperation , and then car accident, not to mention she found out she was pregnant at the end.
Wish they finished the end better and was more rounded, like they would reunite with a better scene, then just casually running into their son.
The kissing scenes were pretty steamy , which surprise me for a mini drama.
Lol after you read this review you basically have watched the whole drama.

A journey of Stenotype operator and solving cases!
This drama was so good ! Heads up not a romantic one! It woulda be nice to add a tad more romance but this drama is about crime/cases. This one is interesting because they are different cases inside this drama like each vignette/story is like 5 episode. All of them are very mind thrilling and definitely gets your adrenaline rushing!Love Janice Wu as the lead!! She is a genius, very good at critical thinking and analyzing, very good at all subjects. She has a twin sister. Her twin sister Qiao Ya, applied to be a court intern and disappear right before she need to take her exam. She asked the main lead Qiao Nuo to taker her place. Her twin had something important to finish, so she asked her sister Qiao Nuo in the mean time to act as her cover. She takes the job well because she is very smart. There are like 5 different cases that they go through. The male lead is a court prosecutor he is also very intelligence and upholds justice.
What I find interesting is that it isn't strictly just court cases, but the story behind them and the investigation. To me they are like police. Its interesting to see the prosecutor and lawyer go head to head! Each case was packed with suspense and totally unthinkable. The case that left an impact was the one on bullying! I really wanted the bully to get justice. Also there was the mystery behind the sister and what was happening. ( although I was slightly disappointed by how that turned out) I though maybe the last couple episodes would talk more, but it was through the drama . Also the ending was not my favorite.... I felt like the sister's disappearance could of been better.
The male lead liked the female lead but that was basically it. Nothing further after that, i mean because this drama is focused on the crimes and cases. I didn't like that fact the male lead , didnt trust the female lead after he found out about her real identity. I felt he was not understanding and ever strayed from her..
I would high recommend this drama!

female novelist getting inside her own novel and the complicatedness and story behind it
This drama tried to be Someday or one day , but this drama didnt really work. I think thats why people rate it so low. Its has some plot holes and did make sense/ add up. This drama is not a cute love story ( well part of it is) Its more thriller/crime mixed in with romance.The female lead is a novelist and is in the process of writing her story " Detective ceo." Somehow through a car accident she gets into the world of her book, but she loses all her memory about her old self. Inside the story she is another character called Qian Zhen Zhen. (btw inside her story she is another person, even the way she looks). The male lead is Lu Li, the assistant of Qian Zhen Zhen. In her story Qian Zhen Zhen is a lu cha biao and tries to seduce the boss.. ( the boss is the story's main lead) Her personality changes when the female lead Li Chun Xi ( the novelist) gets inside the story. The female lead novelist person is more calm and collected, sometimes the wild Qian Zhen Zhen will occasion come out, and try to seduce the boss.... lol... As the start of the story I was unsure who was the male lead was... but slowly she spends more time and develops a relationship with the assistant. They get wrapped in interviewing a psychologist, who is the main culprit behind everything that is happening. He's an evil mastermind. Turns out he knew the assistant's older brother. He set up the assistant's brother suicide. Thats why the assistant wanted to investigate him.
The story gets someone confusing when the female lead starts to remember who she is but partly, It made her seem like she had two personalities, or that she is crazy. The mystery aspect of this drama is heavy, but the story is written weirdly. But its through the female lead novelist finally remembering her whole identity that starts to help solving the case/ putting the bad guy in jail. not to mention the evil psychologist got someone else to do the dirty work.
But despite this there is still love! its a pretty cute love story/couple. I believed their chemistry and romance. Also the kisses where not just pecks on the lips, but feels more real. But obviously the drama is not focused on romance,
Im not sure if I really liked how it ended, i mean like every story there is an ending and she gotta wake up... The ending is interesting... haha
I think its a decent watch!!

Sweet, pure, romance of two deskmate
This drama is 24 episodes, but each episode isa round 10- 13 minutes long. This drama definitely is really light hearted, and refreshing. I absoutely loved it.Let's talk about how pure and sweet this drama was. Although there isnt any kissing , but you can feel their chemistry and relationship. It's pure and puppy dog love like. There isnt anything too complicated. There definitely are heart beating moments. Its a little cliche ,but still very sweet and touching.
Female lead is 17 years old. The male lead transfers from another high school. He is portrayed as cool and not really caring about school . Female lead is cute in stature , hardworking but not good at math. This drama is some snippets of what happens during school, like studying for exams, people stealing the class money, every day situation in the classes. It feel really down to earth. I don't know why people give it such a low rating. This drama for once was one that i didnt need the male lead to say " be my girlfriend , or lets be together". They kinda were naturally together and even had the ai mei feel >_<. Its sad that he had to leave, and not see her for ten years, ( that the cliche bit of the story)
I shed some tears in the last episode, where she walks down memory lane and says good bye to her pass and the memories of her deskmate.
Not to mention two of the ost/songs are very catching and is very fitting for this drama! definitely worth listening to and watching this drama. Because this drama was so short, there isnt the need to skip over a lot of parts.

Female detective meets male policeman, solving crimes together in Shanghai
I like the genre of mystery/crime but only watch American shows.Decided to give this a try and this was a great watch! It was definitely really interesting and the cases: some i can remember, on a train, in a club, in a clothing store, in a circus, in a magazine company, radio station, in a factory.Cast: Female lead actress Ma Yali. She played the character so well! She is so extravagant, flirty, daring, brave and very observing, she is over the top , but thats why I love her. Her character is also so funny. Her dresses and qi pao are so pretty! They suit her so well. Also she has minimal eye makeup, but still looked so good.
Male lead actor Vengo Gao. tall, Handsome, cool, police. I also like his outfit too, really tailored for him.
Second female lead aka the maid/assistant- helps with figuring/solving of the crimes.She is good at cooking and sewing
Second male lead - He's the police under the Male lead. He is cute, dorky and awkward but lovable. The relationship between the second leads is super cute too, a very simple, puppy love hehe.
Each story was 2-3 episodes longs and they were all very interesting. Takes me back to the old days :) I really liked how many of them they pretend to be spies and tried to get into the place to get more information about the murders.
Romance- hardly any, but definitely its ambiguous, aka ai mei between the two main leads. lol she is trying to always butt into the cases and the male lead always tries to stop her. The second pair, is a simple puppy love. They like each other ;) In the last ep, the female and male lead finally kissed !!!
I recently watched Miss gu who is silent! I prefer this drama Miss S over that one! This one was more fun and light hearted. Miss Gu the end didnt make sense and it was just one mystery drama.

DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS DRAMA, ITS NOT ABOUT ROMANCE...
PLEASE DONT BOTHER WITH THIS DRAMA, WHOEVER WROTE THE STORYLINE NEEDS TO GER FIRED THIS IS THE MOST DAMN CONFUSING DRAMA EVER LOL ! it starts off which some potential and sounds interesting... Like alien male lead is on a mission to bring back the stone from his planet and a fellow member from his planet. The female lead is a young, naive who interest is drawing manga. She initally believes the male lead came out from her manga... but the male lead is not from the manga but indeed an alien. Basically it talks about there encounter, but he kidnaps her first and totrures her.The female lead is just loud and annoying.
The second male lead is the other member from the planet and he is evil ? I mean he tries to kill the female lead to get the stone of her. The only way that the stone can be taken is if she was killed. Then it somehow links to the past of the female lead. Her dad died in a fire a long time ago. I forgot to mention each alien has a distinct power. Male lead can control minds, the second male lead can form to any body. So basically the female lead loses her memory when she was young due to the male lead, saving her from the fire. Once he gets in touch with fire, he starts to lose his powers and starts to become transparent.
This drama DOES NOT do a good job in explaining whats happening and the motives. She finally understands the male lead is trying to protect her in like the 19 episodes.... The story unfolds weirdly. SO PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Overcoming obstacles to be the best you !
Had high hopes for this drama! and it kinda disappoint. The first half of this was utterly boring! ( i would consider the first half, when the leads havent gotten together), however after they gotten together the drama turned pretty good.Female lead and male lead knew each other in elementary school and were good friends, they even gave gifts to each other, that they still kept as adults. The male lead recognized the female lead as the childhood friend early on but the female lead didnt even remember the male lead until right before they got together.
This drama did had some cute moments of accidentally kissing. To me they have a decent chemistry but not strong enough for me. The ost song video basically ruined everything. They put all of their kissing scenes on there, so if you want to skip the drama and just watch the kissing scenes its there....
This story's flow is done in chunks, like the first half was just kind of boring parts nothing stood out, finally when they had some accidentally kissing it sparked the drama a bit. They finally got together but after couple ep was going to break up.. and finally make up.... ) squished a bit too much in the last half.
I liked that the male lead took the initiative and was bold about saying he liked her. Usually the leads are wishy washy, dont know how to confess but this one was pretty straight forward.

This drama definitely exceed my expectation. I thought its your average drama about idols but its more than that.Setting: There is an AI game called Loveboys. This game has four personality of guys which you could date. You put on the glasses /contacts and your boyfriend shows up. The founder is named Xu Guang han ( played by Ming dao). He created these 4 AI boyfriends aka Y4. This game has been a hit with the ladies in the society. Of course there will be some people who are against it saying the harm that it will cause to society. One person who stands against is the second female lead.
Female lead is a simple but smart gal who accidentally saves a granny. Female lead pays for the granny's medical bill and she is broke. The granny tells the female lead to help her work and she'll pay back the money to the female lead. Turns out the granny is the housekeeper in the big house of the 4 idols. They are actually living human beings! Xu Guang han has been lying to everyone saying they are AI characters. The female lead develops a friendship with the four and later love with the male lead. Eventually her housekeeping identity gets found out. Xu guang han of course doesnt want anyone to know of the 4 idols existence,
I forgot to say the granny is actually the aunt of Xu Guang han. She is the mastermind behind trying to save the four idols. She even creates a secret passage way to get in and out of the big house ( name of the underground house that the four idols are in)
But of course soon or later Xu Guang han catches on! The four tries to expose Xu guang han's true face and he exploited the four idols!
There are two plot twist that are so good! I dont want to spoil it here so go watch for yourself!

The mystery behind the 12 curses of Li Nan
Didn't have high hopes for this drama, this drama was ok in my books. It started off pretty interesting but got slightly boring towards the end. If you are looking for romance this is not the drama for you. This genre is more like mystery 85%, romance 15%.The male lead is Lin Nan, he is a famous photographer that everyone wants to work with but he is stuck up and cocky. After one car accident he finds himself becoming a child at 6pm. He finds out later that this is because he offended many people and they decided to curse him. He has 100 days to unlock/ have the people who hate him forgive him. The female lead is also named Lin Nan, because she has the same name and was born on the same day, she gets cursed as well. She becomes a little girl during the day and goes back to her regular self at night. Male lead is a grown up during the day and a boy at night. The female lead finds him and they investigate and try to find all the people who cursed him. There is a website that has the clues for all the people who cursed him. They need to bring an object that is related to both them and Lin Nan.
As the first couple of stories go its pretty interesting, it gets pretty repetitive after several stories. These people are from his past and they randomly portray the stories of their encounters with Lin Nan. A lot of them were miscommunications or best friend's fault. If the 12 curses was more on a timeline , like from middle school/ high school working its way up , maybe it'll be better.
I can't stand the male lead 's hair. Its hideous! Also his acting is slightly exaggerated, which is part of his character. At some points he became very annoying.
Between the female and male lead there are two kisses but they are close to the end. Thank God it was only 20 eps, any longer and i would have needed to drop!
And the witch character is s gross, always see her spitting out sunflower seed shells !!! Also the supposed last curse was suppose to be the finale curse, but that story was such a let down!
Overall its acceptable. watch it if you dont have anything else to watch.... haha

Mulan warrior meets prince !!!
This drama is about the female lead who disguises as her twin brother, because she is the daughter of a powerful general and her twin brother died when he was young, hence no one to carry on the name. Thus forcing her to dress like a man.The female lead dresses as a man. Of all the people that play gender bender, she was believeable. Often time the female lead is too pretty to play a male, and i'm like the people who cant see she is a female is obviously dumb lol. She is beliveable because of her thick eyebrows >_<. I really really adore the female lead character because she is smart, loyal, brave like mulan. Initially she acts like she is dumb and lustful so that she wouldn't have to side with one of the princes. Because her family has an army, everyone wants to get her family on their side.
At the school she attends , she meets the male lead aka fifth prince, and the second male lead aka bad guy's son. She doesnt want to side with the prince and acts dumb. The bad guy's son initially doesnt like the female lead and often picks fights with her. Slowly the 5th prince falls in love with her, at one point he thinks he gay lol. He ends up finding out she is a girl and is relieved. Around the same time the second male lead also finds out she is a girl.
Romance: I like the romance between the 5th prince and female lead. He loves her unconditionally. and supports her, wanting to one day marry her and reclaim her female status, so she doesn't have to live like a guy. Their chemistry is pretty good too. Cute kissing scenes , although not too many. ( wanted more>_<)
Ending; I just really did not like how it led up and ended. I am totally expecting a season two because, it definitely left us hanging. The last two episodes were like wth ??? like why you gotta frame my 5th prince for something he didnt do , which made the female lead hate the prince. There's no need :( thats why i lowered it to 9. it just frustrated me so much... like why... why? honestly no need for that..... sighs....

Cute story of friendship and love blossoms :)
Love this drama. such a cute , short and simple story of about five friends who grew up together. It talks about them going through life in high school, talks about family. Another plus for me is that it was set back in the 2007/2008 which was around my high school time. it made me reminisce / wish my high school times were like this/ had the friends to do stuff with :(16 episodes was definitely the perfect amount. The whole was really cute and light hearted and did not drag at all. The female lead is super cute ! she looks like shen yue ( chinese actress) . Her personality is quirky, loud, and cute. She and the male lead are a bickering couple. They fall for each other towards the end. Its amazing to see such a close knit friendship between the five. It talks about them going through life in high school, going through exams, celebrating holidays, coping with a loved one, reunion of family member, and along the end with some romance.
The male lead and female lead chemistry is so good. they are such a cute bickering couple, always yelling at each other/ fighting with each other. lol that is how their relationship blossoms. Although the main part of this drama isnt the romance, there were still really cute romantic scenes at the last ep.
One regret of the story was how one of the other friend also likes their other friend but their story never got any further plot development. :(

Fairy mixed with Wuxia
It honestly started out really strong and really enjoyed it.. but towards the end it just felt outta place. I'm disappointed as to how the plot develops and at the end quickly tries to wrap it up with an happy ending for everyone.Story: The beginning and middle of the story was actually really intriguing. The female lead is the holy priest of the Kun Lun tribe. The male lead doesn't know his identity because he has forgotten, but his identity now is the protector of the seal of the human tribe. Basically a long time ago the human tribe sealed the king of Kun lun. There is a ten years saying that someone will unlock the seal in ten years. Female lead disguises herself to try to get into the school of the humans. Whats kinda funny is that the school trains you to uses magic/ powers. To me, it gives off a harry potter vibes mixed with fairy/deity/ wuxia. The male lead Xu kai is portrayed as a bad boy. Of course the female and male lead fall in love with her each. The female lead main goal is to find the key/badge to unlock the Kun Lun king. She never really tells the male lead her true identity
Whats interesting is the times when they fight and use their powers against people who has been locked under seal. Also different parts of the school has different people who are locked or seal in there , in which they have to overcome those obstacles.
Now to the part I didnt like..... all this time the male lead is falling head over heals with female lead, but she never really trusts him to open up to him. the miscommunication/no communication causes a lot of problem and unnesscary plot, which resulted in hurting the male lead.
Also another thing is that the Kun lun king is under a seal/locked away but his inner demon spirit is inside one of the students inside the academy. ( he doesnt have much magic/powers) So basically the last 5-8 episode is around him.....
Also another part thats like....?? they have this character who cross dress, a girl but dresses as a boy. " he " is the second prince to the human world. He also goes to the academy. He doesnt like his brother the first prince.. "He" gets a little plot development... like how the male lead discovers he is actually a girl, and that she likes him... honestly a waste of time might of last like couple episodes..
Romance; I believed their romance. It was cute and sweet. It was not always kissing scenes, but I like the scenes they were together to develop their relationship. When there was kissing scenes , it was believable. Female lead is very cute , main lead is handsome . But i have to say the Prince Mu is the most handsome ( He is a prince from the desert? )
Besides those plot holes ... it was a good watch. I would of like to see the female lead come clean about her motives and see how the male lead would of helped her . Also it would of been better if there more fighting scenes like battling different creatures.

Wolf in sheep skin and sheep in wolf's skin
THIS WAS A DRAMA I WAS ANTICIPATING! MAJOR LETDOWN ! whyyy.. did they only make it 10 minutes long for each episode.... It made it so the drama was kinda choppy. This is more ranting than review...1) They trick us in thinking the female lead was smart.. In fact she is stupid and useless. She doesnt even know who the real culprit is behind her family's killing. She thinks its the male lead and tries to kill him countless times. She believes in random evidence framing male lead.
2) The evil character overshadowed. He was too crazy and sinister. They gave him too much limelight. Some scenes went over...
3) They portray the male lead as cold and ruthless, overbearing. He did so much for the female lead and loved her. He never explained himself... or his actions behind it
4) They gave soooooo little time for the leads to develop a relationship ( well maybe because it was based off hate) but then its like she suddenly fell in love.
The only plus was the male lead. He is such eye candy and has a hot bod! haha please cast him in more lead roles!

Parallel universe , mystery try to solve plus romance?
Right off the back, this mini drama gives me the vibes of someday or oneday.. This drama is portrayed as a parallel universe/time traveling/ inside a anime book. The concept is interesting but the story does not really develop too well and i dont like how each episode is cut into 12 mins long. ( minus the beginning and ending song, each chapter is like 10 mins long? ) Youtube has all episodes but no subs yet..The female lead , one day hears from her professor about the mysterious disappearance of a student named Zhang Yu Bo in 1999. Coincidentally she finds Zhang Yu bo 's anime he drew in the library and somehow mysteriously transport herself in his anime. She and the male lead ( Zhang yu bo's ) first appearance was she landing on Zhang Yu Bo , while they were in the boys dorm. At first she doesnt know what happen , but quickly catches on that she has transport back into time. She wants to know what happened to him and help him discover the mystery. The female lead is the best at trying to find out what happens. She falls in love with Zhang yu bo but he thinks she is some psycho/ has psychological issues. He tries to cure her lol. He thinks she has two personality. One is bubbly , loud and cute the other is stone cold and no emotions. When the female lead transports to the novel she has her bubble characteristic, but when she goes back to the modern days, inside the story there is also the same character except she is stone cold and not much emotion.
The real mystery of this story was kind of a let down . I think all along we kinda could guess who the creeper was/ who as behind it all. It would of been more interesting for them to discover the fact then we be able to see it happen and already knew who it was. Also the end part was kinda a let down too.. like at the end a natural disaster destroys the library.....
The romance of this drama .... i wouldnt say its the strongest... didnt feel the chemistry as much, or the passion. The friendship of this drama is nice.
