They didn’t lose it they just lost the management rights. They are still wealthy. Heck if it were me I would have went to court and filed a lawsuit against the lady the next day. She admitted that she is the guys mother. And there must be a record of her being in jail. They need to find out whose identity she is using and report her for fraud.
