I think the plot had several major issues, which explains the low rating.
One example is how the detective determined that the victim wasn’t Sarah Kim because there was no evidence of surgery on the body. However, he didn’t apply the same reasoning the other way around. Later, when we see Sarah Kim in the prison cell, she clearly has a surgical scar. That detail alone could have at least served as circumstantial evidence to establish her identity.
Another issue involves the witnesses. The investigators met multiple people who gradually unraveled the stories of Sarah Kim, Mok Ga Hui, and Kim Min Jae. Yet, surprisingly, they never brought any of these witnesses face-to-face with Sarah Kim to confirm her identity. If they believed tissue testing would prove who she was, they could have easily brought in Kim Min Jae’s husband or Kang Ji Hwon to identify her. After all, Sarah Kim’s Korean name is Kim Min Jae.
Additionally, several people at the party—including Samwol’s Chairwoman and the former employee—knew Sarah Kim personally and could have identified her. The Chairwoman, in particular, knew both Sarah and Kim Mi Jeong. But none of this was used in the plot, seemingly because the writers wanted the story to flow toward the emotional conclusion about how much she cared for what she created—so much that she was willing to let herself disappear.
Given the time period, it also seems nearly impossible for Sarah Kim to fully become Kim Mi Jeong, even with plastic surgery. Her face was captured in a video taken at the party. That alone could have been used to refute her claim: “I killed Sarah Kim. I am Kim Mi Jeong.”
There’s also the issue of Mok Ga Hui being listed as deceased in the system. If that were truly her identity, her fingerprints should have already been registered. When they ran her prints, they should have matched existing records. Instead, the system showed that she didn’t exist, which raises questions about how old she was when Mok Ga Hui supposedly died.
In the end, it feels like the writers intentionally tied her status as an “unidentified person” to the final line from the male lead: “Who are you?” Perhaps the implication is that even Mok Ga Hui was never her real identity.
okay you do not like it then it’s not for you, why searching for other people who doesn’t like it ? this drama…
I don't think you were being hateful at all! I think people are just a bit too defensive about the show. If anything, your comment showed respect towards the show and people enjoying it. Trust me you weren't at fault here, just ignore anyone who said otherwise. Your opinion shouldn't affect anyone, but if they're bothered with your comment I'm sure they understood it wrong

The show is stretched out unnecessarily, all of this could have been done in way less episodes. Anyway I somehow…
True I felt like YY was hoping JH wouldn't select BH as her date when the boys were given the chance. That way she would've known if he wanted to get back with her. They are VV cute together!
Yusik never said about reuniting in the show he said that in pre meeting but not in the show so don't give false…
I was referring to the show as Exchange S4 as a whole. It doesn't matter to me how you see it. He said there was a chance of getting back with her in the preliminary meeting, but chose to ignore her throughout their time in the house. A man who was with her for 8 years, who took care of her, started to act indifferent, starting from the day they entered the house together. How was she supposed to feel? Something similar even happened with HJ; she complained about how BH was treating her indifferently, so she asked him to treat her normally at least. He was the only person she could rely on going into a house full of strangers, and that's how he treated her. That's just disappointing to watch.
Didn't she explain it? She got to the show 50/50 about reuniting with bk that was her initial intention. When she…
I get what you're saying, but the timing when she confessed to BH was the night before they were about to leave for Japan. She confessed, and BH didn't tell her no, he didn't accept her; he only said, " you're driving me crazy", at least that was what was shown in the episode as they were leaving the terrace. So she confessed to him (at dawn of that day) and moved on to YS that afternoon? They travelled to Japan on that day, and she told YS that he is the one. So let's just say, suppose HJ and BH (the night on the terrace) came to an understanding that led her to believe BH told her he wanted to move on and not get back with her, then why was BH confused and decided to speak with HJ about it after they came to Japan? He had that conversation with YS, and he explained to him the timeline of it all and went to speak with HJ. That was the night they concluded that they won't get back with each other. Maybe it is the editing that makes it look like HJ chose BH and moved to YS the same day, but the timeline is what bothered me.
Also, YS and BH spoke about what HJ said during the call, that HJ said she doesn't wanna get back with her ex, this was before SY came on the show. So she was probably referring to BH. This is why BH was confused about HJ and what she really wanted. He had to go and confirm with YS cause HJ told BH she never said "she doesn't wanna get back with her ex".
