New Theory : After watching episode 5, I got the feeling that detective Kim Woo Hyuk might be the killer based on the fact that he seems interested in Yoo Ryung (maybe he wants to "collect" both her and her sister). Even if we didn't see Kim Woo Hyuk fidgeting/twitching like the killer, I think that there might be two hooded figures, and one of them might be her sister.
He is part of the investigation because he wants to boycott it. He told Yoo Ryung she shouldn't go in the tunnels, so he might be afraid of being discovered.
But still, I can't seem to find any reasons for the murders. Maybe he's a psycho.
