I'm not sure, and this is based of nothing else than speculation, but it might depend on how badly the connect…
Yeah, bit you saw that he still had to get closer to them to reattach them. While he didn't have to do that with the arm. His body literally snatched that arm from that guy, dragged him along, and he wasn't even that close to it.

You're right, I didn't realize that he was in a weak state. But you saw how that body snatched all those organs back in like 5 seconds while he was on that table 👀. Might be because the organs were closer and more vital.
Question: Does his body heal really fast only when a big part of his body is cut off (like a limb)?
We saw that scene where he got his arm cut off, the body "vines" literally travelled such a long distance to reach the detached arm and connected to it despite that guy trying to stop it. That guy literally got dragged together with the arm. That is literally so powerful.
If his body is so determined to connect with missing body parts, why did it not react like that with the missing eye and the missing finger.
Yes, it is true that the eye started detaching from the fake owner to connect with its real owner when he was in close proximity, but why did they have to be so close in order for this to happen? We saw how the body reacted to a detached arm, why not do the same when an eye is detached?
This is a weird question to ask now, but do you guys remember that scene where Dahyun wakes up and finds Jingeun laying down after he tried to kill her? For some reason, I thought that Dahyun didn't actually hurt him after they cut the scene to her waking up. I thought it was someone else who saw what happened and protected her. I was waiting for them to question who helped her but they went on with the fact that she almost killed him and then we know what happens next. So did Dahyun actually hurt him or...?

Does it have to be a bigger body part?
