He did leave practicing as doctor to accomplish his dream…this webtoon is still updating i think he hasn’t finished working on this one…latest ep was uploaded on 17th feb…and so far his work has really been acknowledged…

I think they wanted to give that as how the story of webtoon artist really turned out…the whole story was his own story and in the end he left practising as doctor and became a full time webtoon artist…the person couldn’t achieve what he wanted as a doctor so that’s why he drew that in his comic….
