Probably the most dumb and meaningless ending I've ever seen. Ki Dong Chan was the best character here
i am confused whether he died or not...i am sure that i saw someone resembling KDC in the scene where his brother is released from prison...but then again the story of knight was not completed in the end, not sure why the director ended it that way...this series could have gotten a better ending, open ending was not really needed...

Not to be able to go on with other dramas is a very serious sign. Certainly one of the most important works in…

These sisyphus mdl articles are making it difficult for me to let go of this show, its hard for me to switch to other works now ㅜㅜ Anyways congratulations on your 1st mdl article it was fun reading it specially with those pictures๑>ᴗ<๑ I agree with you how you think sisyphus can be a game changer in kdrama world...like we all know that korean society is always been sceptical of watching their indigenous sci-fi series by looking at the ratings and k-netizens response on many korean forums, i myself have read many of them...jtbc taking the challenge of giving such a huge budget to a sci-fi drama and making it a 10th year anniversary project was a big step for a change...before it was aired many people were dubious about the idea of ML protecting korea from destruction ( sound like avengers of korea ) but i guess that was the reason of casting CSW, PSH and SDI in it...i read it that there were many people who gave it a try just believing in the actors...tho at the end people had a mixed reviews but thats nothing bad about it as a big broadcasting system jtbc tried to change the norm by having a sci-fi as their anniversary project rather than the usual makjangs or crime thriller this gave a chance to other broadcasting channel too so that they might try this genre in future...sisyphus was surely not the best sci-fi i would say ( speaking qualitatively ) but the best part was that it opened the door for more and better sci-fi that we can expect in future...
Writing with a actor in mind help a lot.One of the difficulty in setting-up a story is : it's very abstract. The…
Thats true you can start with the basic idea, actors and cinematography but what makes a potential project into a masterpiece is the work of putting more layers into the picture...that surely isn’t easy job a lot of research goes in that, like if its crime based then studying the real incidents and understanding the case could helps alot in getting the max out of the idea, even many kdramas/kmovies are based or inspired from real incidence...

Sequel are always welcomed as imagination has no boundaries, i would really be waiting for them^^ the way you casted is so fresh, not like the customary way of just adding hallyu stars and completing the project...seeing potential actors like kim dami, kim taeri, byun yohan, lee jaewook, yeo jingoo, nana, yoo teo, han yeri, jung haein, kim namhee and many more made the article more alluring for me... And i agree adding exo clips could really make a good movie✧•̀.̫•́✧
tbh this was my favourite article on mdl so far and i loved reading it...probably because i do also like making fan-fics with taking actors in mind, hoping they get true one day...if these concepts with these actors are ever taken i would love to watch them...its so creative of you how you picked the actors with role they feel so perfect...seeing kim taeri as lead in many works i miss her so much, waiting for her comeback...i really wish the BaekhyunxIu happens along with the exo movie, the concept deserves it one of the most innovative one's in kpop...
tbh seeing this drama having a below 8 rating, i think its quite unfair...this was surely not the best kdrama but was a good watch to start the year...i think people just expected to much...it was a korean drama with decent budget you can't really compare this with the hollywood sci-fi's...tho its bit confusing to watch initially, you get many questions, don't really understand many elements of the show but those are not loopholes but the director made it that way so he could reveal them in the last eps...its a kdrama you should probably watch without nitpicking the scientific elements because as the title suggest the myth its mostly based on greek mythology than the quantum physics...for me it was time well spend on 16eps, i watched them just expecting good acting from the cast and they didn't disappoint me and also the chemistry between the leads was surely icing on the cake never expected it to be this great...overall i wish if people could watch this light heartedly being more patient before rating this would be better...
I ended up really loving this drama. I was so invested in it! I'm curious to know your thoughts on the ending...spoiler…
tbh it was an open ending...after ep16 ended many made their assumptions and thats the art of having it everyone can make their own ending according to their satisfaction...so no one gets disappointed...for people who like to have happy endings no matter what, think that they reunited again as KSH time travelled again or they got reunited in afterlife...for the ones who believe in more realistic endings they go with the thought that HTS was just having KSH's hallucination...tbh i prefer the hallucination one as it completes the story with our leads winning over sigma and breaking the never ending loop...
it feels weird to me that kim woobin and shin minah will be starring in a kdrama but wont be paired together...nevertheless i am excited about the show...
