Have you watched 365: Repeat the Year? He was the main lead here and the series is pretty awesome too. https://kisskh.at/50717-365-one-year-against-destiny
Yes, I watched it. One of the best time travel kdrama and he was awesome in that as well.
LJH really stole every scene he was in, never knew he that this wide range in acting. Wish they could have given a little bit more screentime to him. There are many positive and some negatives of this drama. I won't say that this is the best or even one of the top action drama but it's good. As there are only 8 episodes so there isn't much time to explore each character in depth. Acting Wise the weakest link for me was the actor who played reporter, I don't think she was that great as everyone is making her to be, I feel she could have been better or someone else could have been casted instead of her. Anyways it's enjoyable and touches many points related to the justice system all over the world.
Episode one was good, few moments were really good, some were a little downer. Casting seems on point, both leads actors are doing good job. Comedy is good and the interactions between the leads are fun to watch. As for the CGI, it's definitely not that good. Let's see how the story unfolds. Looking forward to the leads interactions and romance.
It's a good drama. Had many funny as well as heartfelt moments. I won't say everything was perfect or near perfect because it is not but as this drama is actually good, one can overlook the shortcomings. As for the last episode I liked it but expected something more, felt like there are few things that aren't explained well enough and mainly they should have atleast shown some CA-YC moments or relationship after the whole hospital thing atleast, it could have been for few minutes. Anyways I liked the conclusion very much, many things changed and for the best. This is a solid 9/10 for me and I think this definitely deserves a 8.5 + rating on MDL.
PS: Eun Soo, the actor playing Cheong Ah, even with less screentime grabbed my attention, she shined so brightly, had some really good and emotional acting moments, she was so lovely and her chemistry with YC was amazing. Hope to see her more in good projects.
YC and CA making this already good drama even more wonderful. Just love everything they did. The scene of CA at her home were so powerful and imprinting, loved the way she handled everything and EG coming for her. The cutest and heartfelt moments were between YC and CA, loved the way CA smiles for him and at him. Hopefully next two episodes will be funny, heartfelt and amazing. Looking forward for the ending.
This was a great episode. Had everything I hoped for. The story progressed and so did the romance between YC and CA, these two are so cute and good together. I liked that fun and kind of childish YC but this mature and responsible is so good. Glad to see CA had a good amount of screentime and had strong moments. Loved Eun Yu so much as well, she showed how much of a good person and friend she is, she and YC can be really be a comedy duo with their friendship. Only thing I thought was lacking is the comedy, it's not actually lacking but it's been reduced compared to previous episodes. Now the only thing I want is just all these four to be happy and have minimal angst in the next remaining episodes. Again YC and CA had such beautiful moments, can't get enough of them. My love for CA is peaking every passing episode. Looking forward to next episode.
This felt very draggy. Only 4 episodes left and there is no actual progress. YC is still love sick about SK, SK and EG are still acting like love/hate you. I think I won't be looking at the plot/story that much now, I will only focus on the comedy and YC-CA scenes. These last two episodes weren't up to the mark as compared to previous one. Also CA screentime is way to less compared to others, even if she is a "second" FL she should get atleast a respectable screentime and it's not like she is an unlikable character or the actor is not good, the actor is doing an outstanding job, she is the highlight for me in this drama and also her character probably is the most likable among all the others. I really hope there will some actual progress in the story, EG and EY/SK do resolve whatever there is, YC gets his act straight, shout a little less and do things for himself rather than to impress a girl. Looking forward to next episode.
It was an okish episode. The story and characters need to go further. The comedy element was definitely less compared to previous episodes. I wished there would be more son-mom bonding moments but I guess it won't happen that much because they have other stories now to focus. Looking forward to next episode, hope it is entertaining as all the previous episodes without any misunderstandings and complications. I really need more of Cheong Ah and Yi Chan.
Are they trying to kill the audience with Cheong Ah's beautiful smile and cuteness. Loved this episode, had everything I expected which was more of CA and her moments with Yi Chan. Damn these two are really cute together. From the preview it looks like story is going to get a little darker. Really liked the name of the band, the meaning behind it and how they got the idea. I hope they progress a little more about the whole EG and EH being in past and all. Looking forward to see more of YC and CA.
Episode 9 was so funny. Be it Eun Gyeol, Yi Chan, Eun Yo or Cheong Ah, all were so good. The bickering between Eun Gyeol and the other three were so good to watch. Loved the mother-son scenes so much. I think people will now start to like Eun Yu more compared to previous episodes, she was hilarious and so good here. Loved this episode except for that last part. Hoping for more wholesome moments from all four main characters. Also wish Yi Chan and Cheong Ah will spend more time together. All the main characters are so lovable hope this continues till the end.
There are four main characters, Eun Gyeol is first main one followed by Yi Chan then Eun Yu and then Cheong Ah. If you read the synopsis on the tvN website or even here you will know that the focus will be on father and son. And that's how it is also presented, you will see that EG has the most screentime followed by YC, SK/EY and CA and I think that's how it will be. Ryeoun is the First Male lead, Seol In Ah is the First Female lead, Hyun Wook is the Second Male lead but second main character and Eun Soo is the second female lead. It's a story about the family bonds and youth, even though romance is a main part of this, it will always come after the family and youth story.
Firstly, Cheong Ah is cutie-beauty precious and should be protected. Secondly, Yi Chan is precious and should be protected. Thirdly, Eun Gyeol is precious and will protect his parents. These three characters are the core of everything in this drama for me. CA had a bad childhood but yet she became a wonderful parent to EG, YC didn't had anyone except grandma who cared for him and he turned out into a loving father and EG being bullied, looked down, and had to listen people talk bad about his family just because they are deaf yet turned out to be a wonderful human being, son and brother. He has a loving, caring and happy family and I hope whatever happens through this will remain the same. Also Eun Yu is also a good person, just see what she did in the last scene, she only seems to be an obstacle because she doesn't know what is at stake, I can guarantee if she knew she would actually try to help EG. Yes CA had very less screentime compared to others but I think in future episode we will see more of her. So don't worry people will get together who are supposed to be and happy ending will happen to all the main characters.
PS: Eun Soo, the actor playing Cheong Ah, even with less screentime grabbed my attention, she shined so brightly, had some really good and emotional acting moments, she was so lovely and
her chemistry with YC was amazing. Hope to see her more in good projects.
