It's actually good. I had some doubts because the posters weren't giving me the "Good Drama" vibes. The FL is so funny and her scenes with the ML makes her hilarious. The comedy is perfect, no over the top or overly done physical comedy. Also HJM looks really young here, her scenes with her friend is also really funny. Honestly I think there is no need for romance here but I won't mind it if it is good and fits the story.

Most of episode 8 felt filler. Last 7-8 mins and few here and there were important. The fight scenes seems really underwhelming. The villian are looking really boring now. Also few of the cast members overact in many scenes. There is no arc for the new counter and SM is just looking like someone very much obsessed with the firefighter guy. I really thought there will be some major hint to the main villian guy's past but till now nothing. The comedy seems forced and MT and NJB are doing it over the top. Also many rules and things established in first season are being ignored, it's like the writer and director haven't looked back at last season.

This is not doing that well in South Korea, it's 8 episode now and this rating is stuck below 5%, which is not that good as this is airing on a popular network(tvN) compared to season 1(OCN), airing on Saturday-Sunday and is a sequel to a popular drama . The ratings are well below season 1. This being in top 10 on Netflix doesn't mean that much, nearly all Korean dramas streaming on Netflix are famous, if this is in top 3 worldwide then it's different thing but just being in top 10 is not same as doing really well.

The webtoon has such a good story and pacing, I really don't understand why the writer and director ignored it.

Really hope we glnow get some decent story, well development in characters and good action sequences.

This is an action comedy drama and the webtoon is definitely like that so I think the drama should follow it and the romance should be not there. There are only 12 episodes and if they follow the original source then 12 episodes will not be sufficient so they should just stick to the action and comedy( story obviously). Also those who wants to know about the romance in drama then there are two things, in original source SM and HN have sibling like dynamic, they deeply care for one another and think eachother as a family including the rest of the gang. Second thing is there is no romance in the webtoon, HN doesn't have any love interest, all the emotional scenes she gets there is due to her counter family. I hope this clears some doubts few people were having. I really recommend reading the webtoon, it's entertaining.

Not really good if you compare it with season 1. SM is very OP and that's okay but not every fight should be about him. The new counter is just there for physical comedy. MT and HN were supposed to be the physical strength of the gang but so far we haven't seen such, MT mainly has comedy scenes. First season heavily involved SM, his friends and the the emotion he brings to the setup is now replaced by a single guy(firefighter), few of the fight scenes are sloppy and the direction is not upto the mark.

Also those who think this show is doing great in South Korea are wrong, the ratings are almost stagnant, below 5%, low compared to season 1 even though this is airing on more popular channel(TvN), is a Saturday -Sunday drama. Also rating here means very least to the quality of a drama for few years now, you will find many disappointing dramas having really 8+ or even 8.5+ rating here.

This is by no means a bad drama but it is definitely a very let down compared to season 1. Hope we atleast get the core values and emotions of season 1 here.

Really loved episode 4. It had everything that I expected for The Uncanny Counter. First 20 mins were amazing except for that stupid thing, really loved So Moon vs Kwang, both are strong and are using their power really well. Also our new counter also shone really bright today, he had his moment and he did extremely well. I know many people like the Hi EoRa but I think her fight scenes are really dull and slow( not her running). Really excited for next episode. Wanna see some good team work for Team Counter.

The cliffhanger was really unnecessary and also dumb. Also the story arc of the "bad guy" sister seems to be lacking or incomplete. The only thing I asked of last episode is the comedy which include the main couple and definitely the grandma and Mr. Noh because these two are really funny.

Didn't liked episode 2 that much. It was definitely good but few moments in action scenes were not that well executed, also I felt that comedy was a little bit too much. Next episode looks really promising, really invested in the firefighter guy's story now.

Don't really think that a romance will be there between these two. It will be mostly deep care, friendship and family like relationship.

That's pretty good. It might reach 13+% till last episode.

Anyone knows how this drama is doing in South Korea?

Really good episode except for the ML's sister part. The couple have such a good relationship, really understanding, loving and supportive. Sa Rang is becoming one of my favourite FL, she is funny, joyful, supportive and extremely lovable. The scenes with the kid were so heartwarming. Fuck the sister, bitch is a bad mother and sister, still don't know what her actual deal is. GW and SR are couple goals. Really don't care about the side romances. Also wish to see more if Mr. No, he was only in two scenes. Looking forward to next episode.

First episode was good.

Many funny moments in episode 12. Still don't like the sister character, don't think going through divorce and having a kid will make me sorry or understanding towards her. Just wish she gets a satisfactory ending which a "villian" in a romcom should get. Really don't care about the FL's friends love life, I just like the friendship of the trio. Mr No and GW have a really good dynamics. Don't think there will be any big misunderstanding between GW and SR, and I think Mr No is a very loyal person and will remain loyal to his friend(GW).
Also does anyone know the age gap between GW and his sister? I think she is in her early 40s and he is in his mid 20s.

BJE and her aunt were the best characters here, they were funny, joyful also had serious and emotional personality to them. Where as both the ML were brooding most of the time. Acting wise SHS has done amazing job again, the casting of ML should have been different, ABH is much more suited for dramas like itaewon class and military prosecutor. Looking forward for another SHS drama.
PS: The webtoon has a really good comedy and mystery part, you may enjoy it reading.

Would prefer the webtoon ending than this. SHS acted really well and really liked her character.

Honestly didn't liked the first two episodes, thought the comedy was over done and mistimed but after that really loving it very much. The comedy and romance is on point for a romcom and the leads have really good chemistry. The only thing I don't like is the scenes of the ML's sister, she only has two expressions and one of them is that smug look. Hope the leads stay the same that is fun and lovely. Also Mr. No is a really big plus here, loving every scene of his. Hope there won't be any unnecessary breakup in any upcoming episodes.
PS: Yoon Ah has really beautiful smile.
