After almost waste my time on 100+ Korean movies, I haven't seen any that surpassed this. Oldboy might be close second, but that movie rely heavily on plot twist to gave the same impact as this movie's superb story telling.
Wasted potentials. My complaint is the drama throws too much things that later don't fully utilized. Fortunately it's rated fairly as it deserved. Only watch if you have no kdrama left to binge.
Typical romance trope. Interesting premise, but with some plot holes. Cute cast, but not really convincing. Definitely not a trainwreck, but there's a lot better romance drama than this. Twenty episodes are a lot. In my opinion, you should only watch this if there's no romance drama left to watch.
I must say the premise is very good. But man, I'm on my episode 10 and I don't know whether I should continue or not. Is it rated 8.8 only because Song Joong Ki in it? Too bad since I watch drama for the plot. Maybe I'm not the drama's target audience. In my opinion, if you watch drama for the plot, don't waste your time on this. But if you watch drama for the romance and the cast, it's a fantastic fan service.
I can't believe this drama scored 8.5. It's either being overrated or I just have a bad taste. If you like drama with plot twist just for the sake of having plot twist, this drama might be for you. But if you're here because you want a good non-romance drama with a high score (like what I did), I won't recommend this drama to you.
I don't know, man. I rate the first season 10/10 because I was fascinated by Seol Ok's character. But in this sequel, she lost her charm entirely. The story is underwhelming, there's also unnecessary plot device in the end. In conclusion, there is so much going wrong this season. If they're planning to make season 3, I hope they really wrapped up the franchise.
Isn't it obvious that he's dead? At the beginning, he can felt the heartbeat in 1988 simply because he still alive. At the end, his inability to feel pain even though he's back in 2018 is because he already dead. Probably because the operation failure.
