Is the ending satisfying?
It has a relatively high douban rating so I want to give it a try, someone spoils for me

For me it is the opposite. I have watched tons of C-dramas including Eternal Love , Ashes of Love, The Untamed , and Guardians. From my personal point of view, The Untamed is good but it didn’t get the production quality of Eternal love or Nirvana in Fire which I considered to be the best two dramas of chinese dramaland. Yeah, Eternal Love’s story is nothing new but the director was able manipulate audiences’ emotions very well, like how much I came to like Bai Qian and how much I hated Su Jin. Bai Qian x Ye Hua’s chemistry is on fire.

Still, Nirvana in Fire is the best of the best, nothing came close of NIF for me.I didn’t enjoy Guardians tho

Came for Angelina Zhang but instead fell in love with Wen Qi

Ode to Joy is quite goood, Though The Eternal Love 2 was not as impressive as season 1,that’s all I can think of xD
Joy of Life season 2 has potential to be good

She doesn’t look like Chinese but still I loveee her so much xD

I personally don’t hate FL and agree with you that it is not very bad. But what disappointed me was the failure of Plot Twists and how badly it was executed.
I mean like, Xifan’s dad is a bad guy, The emperor is the bad guy and Shanghai Gang is bad too, so what’s there for ML to help? Just go and hide lol

It would have been a lot better they didn’t twist who is the evil villain and just continued to fight with Shanghai gang

Wen Qi is only 16 but she is going to cast as 28 yr old HR manager?

There is Ode to Joy season 2 which was quite good, and The Eternal Love2 was not very bad as well

It is my type of drama but Lin Zi, FL’s best friend is super annoying.The swimming scenes are well done but I want more of swimming scenes.

Dropped it because I can’t stand that male lead’s voice is dubbed by the same guy who dubbed Mark Chao in 10MPOB, William Chen in Lost love in times

Can he speak Mandarin, I know he is dubbed in My Girlfriend is an Alien ?

I feel like your opinion is one sided.I don’t agree with you. I haven’t watched her drama with Alan Yu but I have seen her in Princess Wei Young, Ashes of Love as support roles and in Heavenly Sword and Dragon Sabre as main role.She can’t fight?I have seen a lot of her action scenes. I think she is quite a capable actress

Yeah I m really hoping that Legend of Fei , Pearl Eclipse, The Golden hairpin, The wolf, Legend of Xiao Chuo won’t fail
