Also, Hao Chen still addressed Hao Ming and Xu Yan as his brother and sister-in-law. For him, Hao Ming's parents had been his parents and will continue to be that way. Hao Ming and Xu Yan are the parents who stepped up and took responsibility of a child.

No. It was to emphasize that family isn't about who is related to you by blood. Like how FL's biological parents are there but they didn’t care about her. And then we have this child who is not related to the ML by blood but the bond they have is much stronger than any blood ties. Which is why they say that no matter what, Hao Chen is their child.

That is what I wanted to mention yesterday when I saw those but I said nothing thinking that maybe I am overreacting! That is why I don't comment much at MDL and just use it for checking information about dramas.

Like I said before, both the characters were masking their true selves with this disguise of being perfect. The perfect man and wife, the ideal couple. But that is not what their true self was. Their intially shown personality was a pretence. And its not like Hao Ming changed the ways of doing business. Even during their divorce cooling-off period, he asked Xu Yan to help win the investors and pretend to be a happy and in love couple when they were going to get divorced.

His interactions with his parents remained the same, they just grew into their relationship. The same happened with the brother and the most significant change was how he treated Xu Yan and there is a reason for it too.

It is not like his personality did a 180 degree change without any relevance or reason.

The main motive of this drama was more of a second chance romance and starting over. It was the main characters' journey to discover true love. The personality changes happened because at first it was a pretense, both Xu Yan and Shen Hao Ming wore masks of perfection to hide their true self, to keep up with their lies and secrets.

After their break-up, their lies were exposed, secrets revealed and the pretence of being perfect ended - it is then that their true selves started coming out. Also, for Shen Hao Ming, he realized where he went wrong and did whatever he could to try and win his wife back.

Also, he believed her to be a fraud before but later he realized he was wrong about her so of-course the way he treats her would change.

That is actually the point of the drama. There's a reason that their relationship at that point felt awkward because there had been a lot of lying and secret keeping between them. They are not truthful to each other, and this reflects in their relationship. This changes after the lies and secrets are exposed, and the divorce era begins, which is around episode 14.

There were some but I also scrolled through days of comments😅 It just annoys me a lot; actual criticsm is acceptable but baseless hate comments are just annoying.

I believed that Lusi had best pairing with Leo in LLTG, but then Hidden Love happened and I changed my mind. And now, Love's Ambition happened and seeing her with William, I am like - oh they are just perfect!

Hao Ming gives that mature, manly man vibes who is naturally cold and calculating and can easily kill you but can effortlessly be a cinnamon roll when it comes to the ones he loves.

Meanwhile Xu Yan is elegance and grace personified. She as well portrays that duality effortlessly. Her every expression, every emotion that she shows are so beautiful that you can't help but fall for her.

I am in love with this couple and this pairing. Oh, how I wish to see them in a mystery, thriller drama, preferably crime where William can be a detective and Lusi can be an emotionally detached profiler. Ohhhh, now I want to write something.
