I know! That's why I have decided to drop the series after watching episode 6 (which almost killed me). I don't think I could take all the angst and pain in the next episodes. My heart was not built to last with that much pain.

Okaaaaayy. I LOOOOOVE THE FIRST HALF OF THIS DRAMA... And I just finished episode 6 which completely crushed my heart.... And I sort of have a feeling as to where this will be headed. I think from episodes 7-10 will be nothing but pain, moving on from the past and starting a new life... And to be honest, I don't see Hijiri and Kuroiwa ending up together. I don't think my heart can take all that pain and angst that the next episodes will be showing me and with that said, I'll drop it now before I die of heartbreak because I honestly am clutching my heart because of pain while watching episode 6. To all those brave and courageous audience who'll be sticking with this show until the end, hats off to you guys and may your bravery bear fruit!
