Yep, Liu Bei/Xiu and Shang Xiang also have some kind of romance here as well, but as the series it's not finished their story sadly isn't complete (they had a lot of funny scenes tho xd). And yes, Zhi Ge is from the Gold Dimension. He ended up in the Silver Dimension because they were testing out the interdimensional traveling gear and they accidentally crushed the real Liu Bei with a stone (they didn’t killed him btw, he was just injured haha). So while the real Liu Bei recovers Zhi Ge assumed his identity (as he is his doppelganger) to maintain the Silver Dimension's balance.
I watched this series before knowing it didn’t had a sequel and I felt very disappointed when I found out, cause I enjoyed it a lot (the second season was filmed but it wasn’t released). Actually I liked it more than the 2009 version; it has a lot of good actors, nice humor and jokes, while honoring the original version. So yeah, you should gave it a try!

I'm just so happy that Shori is finally having his TV debut, with a main role and acting alongside Yutaro in a BL? series! Oh man, Christmas has truly come earlier this year! XD
I totally loved him as Kuro in the Haikyuu stage plays, and I always wondered why he didn’t had any television or movies roles since he is such a good and handsome actor! Also, I can’t wait to see him acting with Takato in future projects, I want to see the Nekoma duo together again so badly! ❤️❤️
If you want to, but it's not really necessary. The movies are prequels where the characters background history is explored in more detail, but it doesn’t add anything important to the plot (it’s just the same history told in the series, but longer xd)
Although at first I had my doubts about him replacing Hide-chan as Dazai, after I saw him in character he totally won me over! He really surprised me with the way he portrayed Dazai, especially his acting in the Beast movie, he is so awesome there! I love the little smirks he gives and how he can easily change expressions. He totally gives the crazy vibes from Dazai lol ❤️❤️
A unnecessary long, messy, and boring movie. The whole essence of Crows Zero is almost gone, the plot feels very disconnected (it's like we are watching a tv series with a lot of characters and individual stories instead of a movie lol), and the fight scenes also feels so pointless, like I can’t remember why they are even fighting for :/
The cast was good tho. I enjoyed their acting, although they were not so memorable like their predecessors were in the previous films and they lacked a lot of character development. Anyway, it’s not that bad as some people said, but I do consider it absolutely unnecessary, we were good with just two movies XD
