My personal selection of psychology-related movies are Confessions, Lesson of the Evil, The World of Kanako, 46 Billion Years of Love, As the Gods Will, Method, and Mon Mon Mon Monsters
This was way different of the movie I had in mind, but despite that I ended up loving it. The ending also made me very happy for some reason, seeing how all those depressed and suicidal people finally found a reason to live... and definitely I want to see more about Satoshi!
First of all, I think it was very selfish of Nagisa's to come back looking for Shun after all those years acting like nothing had happened, considering the fact that it was him who abandoned the poor guy without any explanation, breaking his heart in the process. And he even had the guts to come to his house with his little daughter, literally rubbing in his face the 'happy' life he had lead while Shun lived alone and in misery... To make it worse, Shun actually never complains about the whole situation, like, yes he was reluctant at the beginning, but he ends accepting back the person who caused him that much pain... f*ck Nagisa, Shun deserved better!
Despite my grudge for Nagisa, I do recognize that both actors had a great chemistry and I would love to see them working together again. Also, Miyazawa Hio is gorgeous! <3
